Obviously, you have to couple that with the deepening of the relations between Assad and PKK. They will drink cups of champaigne over Turkey's withdrawal and will be a sign for the whole world of how you can lose even if you possess a stronger army but shitty leaders just like in Ukraine/Russia war
I expect after AKP's loss and Turkey's retreat from Syria and probably Libya as well, for the PKK to lay low for a few years in order to re-establish their defense and supply routes and to retrain and rearm as well. In fact, recent rumors suggest that the US is thinking of sending howitzers/artillery to the PKK in addition to old military helicopters which may indicate that the US is betting on cutting Turkey this time once and for all before any new anti-PKK sentiment rises after 10-20 years
