Yes
Since they lost, they had to do what the winner wanted which is to divide the Ottoman state
When Ataturk came, it became a wedge in their overall grand plan; thus, they aim to retry forming their desired map by using the radicalised Kurds in the current era
Idk whether the image shared by Ravenman is legit or just some sort of AKP propaganda, but this is what is expected to happen in the grand scheme of things over the next few decades. You dont know the morale boost the PKK will get when Demirtas and Ocalan get released and they get all the territories in contact with the Turkish border again? Obviously, you have to couple that with the deepening of the relations between Assad and PKK. They will drink cups of champaigne over Turkey's withdrawal and will be a sign for the whole world of how you can lose even if you possess a stronger army but shitty leaders just like in Ukraine/Russia war
I expect after AKP's loss and Turkey's retreat from Syria and probably Libya as well, for the PKK to lay low for a few years in order to re-establish their defense and supply routes and to retrain and rearm as well. In fact, recent rumors suggest that the US is thinking of sending howitzers/artillery to the PKK in addition to old military helicopters which may indicate that the US is betting on cutting Turkey this time once and for all before any new anti-PKK sentiment rises after 10-20 years
