6 FREMM + 2 Maestrale = $4.6 bil.
3 FREMM = $2.2 bil.
As long as all 3 will indeed be built at Fincantieri, then I have no problem with that. Go for it.
MoD probably thinks to get approval for $2.2 bil is gonna be much easier than $4.6 bil. Especially it's now less than 10 months before the election.

NLC 6000 ton, we can use it to lift AH140/ frigat merah putih and build it inside the hangar (kalau muat) just like the brits, they build their Arrowhead frigate indoor.
I am okay with it.

I think this is an excellent business process from a proud SOE that is famous for products labeled 'Karya Anak Bangsa':
1. Equity capital approved in 2021.
2. It took 2 years to implement the procurement, 2023.
3. If this design tender process goes well, then to submit equity capital to build a shiplift in 2024.
4. If equity capital will be approved in 2025, it will take another 2 years to implement the procurement, in 2027.
5. If the construction tender process goes well, the shiplift construction will take 2 years, will be completed at least in 2029.
6. If the construction process goes well, then to submit a submarine procurement budget in 2030.
