You guys underestimate drones like ANKA-3 and KE.

They may now not ready yet to face 5th gen. but realize that development of drones go much much faster than development of fighter jets.

Within several years they can become the menace of any jet, and can become evenly stealth as those $100mln fighter jets.

TB-3 is build for endurance, flies slow but stays in the air for long. In short build for other purposes

The key factor here is to continuously develop and update them.

Asolute, I don't see Greece to be able to let upgrade their F35's frequently. It will be a money slurping machine

After the start of the tests of TB3, we have heard nothing about KIZILELMA. And they want to start serial production this year.
Like did it drop any bombs or did it fire any missiles? Can Ukraine deliver all engines until TF-6000/10000 are ready?

Delta-wings like Kızılelma do need big-ass engines to overcome the energy bleed issue.

Haven't surprised one bit, low-key wanted it to happen TBH.

This means Kızılelma's place in our air force will be much bigger than we comprehend now.

Mr. Hayrani Öz might need to recalculate @Zafer

I think this claim was also in Flight Global recently. Probably our aim is not just to supply the engine, but to produce the engine under license with broader rights. The first question I have about UAVs is why the F110 and not the F404? The F110 is a bit of a heavyweight engine for the platforms in prototype phase currently. If we want to use the F110 in a UAV, there is probably another airframe that has not been leaked to the press yet. And on a company basis, I tend to associate it more with TAI. Is something big coming? We seem to be entering a period where we will see a lot of new UAVs again...

I imagine an upscaled bigger ANKA-3 maybe?

That would be an unmanned B-21 level, it's too good to be true

PS B-21 is powered by 2x 27000 lbf engines (but since it is a manned plane lot of space goes lost in the cockpit)

An Anka-3 bigger version unmanned could be similar size with one 29000 lbf engine (Russian Okhotnik has 1x 27000lbf engine)

Then a UCAV with a higher MTOW than the HÜRJET and a lower MTOW than the KAAN is coming. If it is a twin F110, TAI is directly making a kind of KAAN without cockpit or they are preparing a huuuge strategic platform... But this would really be a fantasy speculation, because if a strategic bomber drone of that size was being developed, there would be news about a non-afterburner engine with higher fuel economy instead of the F110. When I think with the F110, I just no other guess than an agile, supersonic fighter jet.

I looked at the related news, and I saw that he said during TEKNOFEST in August: "We are continuing with ANKA-3. There will also be ANKA-4. We are in talks with some countries. Our aim is to find partners for these.' I think we had evaluated this on the back pages, so we remembered it again.

Other than that, there are not many details, but it makes us think that ANKA-3 and ANKA-4 are going to follow one right after the other without any gap, and perhaps ANKA-3 is to some extent the technological preparation for ANKA-4. On the other hand, the statement that we are in talks with some countries and trying to find partners for them is also important. If one of the current aviation projects should be kept in a more restricted area in terms of not being opened to external partners as a high strategic asset under all circumstances, my opinion here is that that platform should definitely be ANKA-4.

F110 dry trust is over 17.000 lbf If I remember correctly. It is too big and has so much power for a UAV like Global Hawk. Maybe we are planning to use it for something iike İHA SOJ (UAV EW).

I think they are planning to produce a drone (Anka-4) that uses single F110 engine, is very agile, and is customized only for aerial targets. Anka-3 will be customized for ground targets. Anka-4 will be customized for aerial targets. Both of them can be Kaan's loyal wingman.

The problem is if they are planning to use F110 for now what are they gonna replace it with after, TF35000? Or are they betting on acquiring full production license of F110

If Tusaş "reveals" one more prototype without others going into proper serial production I'm going to lose it. This scattergun approach really starting to feel like it is spreading our resources, both material and manpower, too thin and we are barely getting any real work done.
