Ukraine has billions of dollars aid but they didn't ask to buy single TB2 from Baykar, since they don't last even 1 day now.

They didn't ask for a single Reaper either... Which gets shot down by people in sandals quite often these days. These kind of drones simply became more vulnurable.

You need at least 40.000 feet at all times with full load.

33.000 feet empty isn't enough in mountaneous Kandil area even against PKK MANPADs,
neither is the speed against turbojet missiles of Iran
and neither is the self protection capability and situational awareness against radars of updated Russian SHORADS as we have seen in Ukraine.
TB2-3 can't handle new capabilities of PKK, so how are they going to justify their cost, especially against Greek F-35s and Patriots?

40k feet is not MALE but HALE, ther is no single manpad that can hit a target at that altitude. It have to fly straight to the target what is not possible. We will not use our drone against F35 and Patriots

The difference is American Reapers are getting shot down while trying to get a closer look and by underestimating Houthis. Our Anka, TB-2-3 series can't reach 40.000 loaded let alone Reaper's 50.000 feet even when they know for sure it is not safe to fly at 20-30K in mountanious areas.

Akıncı flying at 45K or safer yet F-16s should take over until Kizilelma relieves them from Kandil surveilance duty.

Unless Some country decides to give PKK S300 or Pantsir/2K12M equivalent system there is nothing to worry about. And If Some country does that, Then We would have to test akbaba on combat. Tuaf wouldnt allow PKK to establish serious SAM bubble. Manpads are impossible to locate since they are man portable unlike other systems we are talking. Any SAM system that needs vehicle, They will be located quickly. You cant hide them for long.

Some sources report that PKK acquired the 358 missile from PMU in Iraq. It is thought that this is the missile/loitering munition which hit our UCAVs featured in the recent PKK propaganda video.

İt is Poormens NASAMs.
The missile is Soviet Vympel R-27 infrared guided air to air missile . So it is kinda long range MANPADS

Akinci C can be equipped with MURAD AESA Radar. The UCAV can carry Gökdoğan BVR & Bozdoğan WVR Missiles. Akinci-C is not suitable for Air Superiority Missions, but still a supplementing Assest for Air Defence, especially for Cruise Missile Defence.

The problem is, where we lack air superiority, we can't protect it.
With its large radar cross section and lack of maneuverability + very slow speed, Akinci is not survivable in a highly contested airspace. We need something that is survivable on its own and does not need protection/additional air cover.

What Akinci offers in terms of A2A combat with its AESA radar and ability to carry bozdogan/Gokdogan may work in African theatre for small countries, it's an insufficient investment in our context. Which we cannot afford to do with limited resources available.
