I still want a sideway proximity fuse for CİRİT to allow C-UAS engagements against fixed wings which fly almost as slow as helicopters. Totally cheaper than SUNGUR like you said. You know, I should work on an offshot concept like that sometime.

Existing multiple Cirit launchers are anything but small tho.I thought cirit would be interesting due to it’s smaller diameter and weight. Having multiple launcher tubes with similar or slightly shorter range would enable the crew to man and use them quickly.
And I believe they are cheaper in production.
Could you please draw Canik venom LR ( barrel should have velocity +smart ammunition sensor) top of the GÖKSUR launcher. I wonder what is the range of proximity fuse. How many meters before the target could it detect?VENOM LR will fire proximity ammo which doesn't need a programming device on barrel. For GÖKSUR part, it would rather be a whole new design.
Have TCG Pirireis entered officially in Service ?Pirireis provisional delivery delayed again, to Feb 2024.
Checking open sources, nope… building of the other vessels are continuing but if the original 62 months building to delivery timeframe for each vessel is still valid, Pirireis is behind the schedule by 6 months from revised delivery timeframe and about 3-4 years behind schedule from original timeframe, which also included external delays from Germany.Have TCG Pirireis entered officially in Service ?
Land forces demands more armour addition to Altay,it never ends.I love the way our Navy works, I hope other branches of our military look at them and realise that is how it is supposed to be and get it together soon.
I can't believe you didn't put a trigger warning before posting that seriously though, only thing our Navy hasn't been able to solve is its naval helicopter shortage, other than that our projects are chugging along great.Land forces demands more armour addition to Altay,it never ends.
How do you particularly want them to resolve it? Design a helicopter in Shipyard DPO and ask TAI to build it?I can't believe you didn't put a trigger warning before posting that seriously though, only thing our Navy hasn't been able to solve is its naval helicopter shortage, other than that our projects are chugging along great.
Are there no other naval helicopters we can get (excluding Russian and Chinese ones, of course) than Sikorsky?
Meanwhile, with delay after delay, we made it to June 2024 without commissioning the first submarine. The towing activity of MURATREİS, the third of the six submarines whose construction, equipment and testing activities are continuing at the Gölcük Shipyard Command, from the submarine construction hall to the floating dock was carried out on 7 June 2024.
Why is this delay? Is there any plan B? Thank you in advance.Meanwhile, with delay after delay, we made it to June 2024 without commissioning the first submarine.
