Also, they should have been master it enough with first 2-3 units, work speed should had been faster.

Is it possible to upgrade our F16 with Turkish Ozgur program?
A/B could be upgraded locally here but to make the program faster, let's send C/D to be upgraded in TAI facility.

I don't think Türkiye has an ongoing AEW program as of now yet there is Airborne SOJ. He must be speaking about AESA on Akıncı (likely) that was considered as a possible light AEW, kind of a hurt to him because likely they are not getting a radar of the origin he is funded from.
And TR has a good reputation for Electronic warfare.
Another option could be MPA upgrades (lesslikely), and lastly using consoles from Havelsan / Yaltes, the latter is subsidiary of Thales nowadays.

Havelsan doesn't produce radars though, it is likely related to consoles and mission systems.
