no idea but there would probably be an initial order of low numbers to refine it and then a follow up order of a couple of hundreds

Nope. They never disclose such information but Roketsan CEO recently said the mass production rates are high.

That looks like siper block 2 missile.

Never mind it was two different missiles.
Could be sapan or quadpack missile but i think its a bit to long for that maybe its new hisar u like 70km range.
Overall diamater could be fin but i think its to long.
If the fins are about the same size it should be slightly longer.
(Just a guess)
