Yes, maybe to grab market share, but its not realistic or beneficial to build a domestic phone. It would cost far too much and people will always choose Apple/Samsung , especially as innovation lags behind. (people are more likely to buy used older models that are just as capable as newer versions.)

I get the push to build a national electric car, as faccilities and expertise can be used in the emerging battery market.

Turkey is not poised to make a jump in phonemaking. The 4 existing makers had no plans to expand operations. A possible domestic capable micro chip is a decade away. They probably want to break out of Made in China disadvantage. And want to be able to ship to market faster and cheaper. Also customs union may be more advantageous. And the government's latest move to attract investment.

A similar Consortium to the TOGG should be founded to make the Flying Car of Turkey.
Canada announced such a consortium recently.

There is still a chance to lead the industry as it is not established yet.

Flying car is a joke. I don't know why people still dreaming of a flying car like movies and we have helicopters.

It is a joke in a way but it depends on how you envision it. The kinds that only live in movies rely on superior alien technology but there are also those that rely on reliable human technology. We are still at the peak of the hype cycle but some companies are about to get past this stage. Joby Aviation received $820mn from Toyota, Uber and others while some others can not substantiate their claims. The reason for their failure is that they rely on purely electric propulsion and recently some engineers proved that the Lillium jet can only fly 18 km with its batteries and their claims are not realistic. They have never pulled off a transition from vertical to horizontal for example. But not all flying cars are the same. My designs work on hybrid propulsion and are not limited by the lacking battery technology and are not multicopters either. So it really depens on what you are talking about when you say the words flying car.

All leading countries have their hands in the Flying Car business at Government Level. They have stopped leaving the field to individual companies and started taking it seriously. They also want to use them in the military despite all the modern and powerful other capabilities they already have. Türkiye has the ecosystem necessary to dive deep in the flying car field. Composite manufacturing is ripe due to the increased activity in the aviation field. Battery technology is being invested in due to the electric car initiatives. There is a lack in the making of powerful, aviation grade motors but there are also some entrants in the field. We only lack in small to medium size motors and drivers. We have also lacked in aerodynamic configurations but there are unrevealed designs like the ones I have. The designs revealed so far are mediocre at best with no respectable figure of merit to them. So, do not despair.

I told it earlier, i don't expect flying cars until we as humanity had a leap in the technology. Especially on the energy side we will have more demand in the future and flying cars and all those "alien" technology envisioned in sci-fi will become real.
Once that leap is achieved in transmission and storage (or on board generation of electricity) the future tech will be unlocked.
Augmented reality was seen on sci-fi movies were being used in DARPA for military purposes since ever, but it has recently made its way into the field and common applications. Just as an example.

We better focus on self-driving electric cars and new ways to transmit electricity (through the road), it is the near future which will govern 50-60 years.
The only thing that is missing for flying cars as envisioned by Uber Elevate program which basically foresees an electric propulsion for the sake of reduced fuel cost, quietness, and being free of pollution in place of use is RANGE. But if you give up on the pure electric requirement then you end up with something already usable with today's technology. Remember the days not many years back when range anxiety was what plagued the electric cars, nobody is talking about it anymore. I am not saying battery issues will be solved in a few years. The improvement in battery capacities is less than 5% a year. It will probably take another 20 years at best for batteries to be able to power the flying cars with acceptable range and performance. But until then you give up on some of the benefits of electric and get the comfort of personal aviation vehicles right now. Actually the situation is even easier than that; just give the helicopter a new lease on life by plugging it in.

Lithium in not found in high concentrations is Turkey but found in smaller densities in places where mining is done. It is produced as a byproduct of other mining activity. Although concentration is not high it seems to be endless.

The article on obtaining Lithium from Boron waste in a project jointly developed between Gazi University Chemical Engineering Department and BOREN Institute was published at IMPC - EURASIA 2019 conference.
In the article, Lithium Recovery and Economic Evaluation from Boron Waste has been made. According to the General Directorate of Eti Mining Affairs, it is said that the ore mines may contain 1000 - 2500 ppm lithium, depending on the regional characteristics. In the article, it was explained that a filtration efficiency of 89.4% was obtained from the solid wastes containing 1300 ppm lithium from Eti Maden İşletmeleri Kırka Boron Factory, according to the general flow chart created during the roasting and water filtration stages. In the literature, this level was reached by using much smaller grain sizes such as 65-75 μm, in this study it was reached using 250 μm grain sizes. As a result, it turns out that the lithium recovery process obtained at Eti Mining Operations is 3 times more efficient than the general literature.
