This engine seems to have been developed as a side product to the TS1400 engine and probably has the same BHP rating as its turboshaft equivalent. I have seen this engine at one of the trade-shows and it does have a similar combustor size to the TS1400 engine.
If it is TJ then it is developed as a Turbo-jet and the numbers would tell the thrust in pounds, as TEI uses that way.
It will be lesslikely to use shaft power in a turbojet engine.
It will be 4800 N which also fits for Gezgin's and Göksungur's demand.

What is more interesting is that there is a mention of a turbofan engine from the same core. This may just be an indication of an intent to make one and not have been attempted at all as yet. It would be fantastic if there is one though.

Human resources.. TEI doesn't have enough to keep TS1600 ,3000 meanwhile TJ300
And on the other side handling PD -PG Series.

Coincidentally TS1400 has 1660hp top power rating.
It seemed an overkill that there are 700 personnel working on the TS1400 engine which makes more sense now.
Projects can be slowed down and sped up in accordance with urgencies.

a Turbojet power given in HP wouldn't any sense or be relatable in anyway.
But guessing TP38 was based on TJ35, then numbers would be around as well.

It is said that the TS1400 turboshaft engine can be easily converted to a gas turbine engine for use in warships.

It sure can. But a diesel engine has its advantages. There are some other efforts being made to make engines for our ships which are already underway.

I wonder If It is this engine that will accelerate Goksungur up to 1600km/h. Is there anybody who knows which engine is powering Boeing’s wingman drone ?

This engine can do it but it wouldn't be ideal as a low bypass turbofan will give more mileage for the same fuel. However before the advent of turbofans even passenger planes used turbojets, so it is acceptable.

It was stated that a commercial jet engine was used.

To keep it down, the Wingman uses what Boeing calls a “very light commercial jet engine” to achieve a range of about 3,700 km (2,300 miles), roughly the distance between Seville and Moscow.

From other reports we know that the Loyal Wingman aircraft — promising to be “pivotal to exploring the critical capabilities our Air Force”, as Scott Morrison, Australia’s Prime Minister put it — measures around 38 feet (11.5 metres) in length and will be powered by a bizjet-class jet engine with a range of around 2,000 nautical miles.

Thanks to @Zafer

This might be totaly experimental stuff nonetheless It is exciting

From 2018 TEI magazine

Under "Original Engine development programs"

"...Beside, Syncronized Engineering work is contuined, supported by Production engineering department's Design support under Turboshaft, TJ1600 and DP370 projects."

From CV of an Engineer from TEI

So There is indeed Turbojet Engine work in TEI with TJ1600 name.
It is said that the TJ1600 engine can be 2 times more powerful than the engine developed by Kale Aviation for the SOM cruise missile.

Boeing hasn’t revealed what engine the ATS uses as it is yet to reveal some of its industry partners on the program, but it is reportedly a fuel-efficient business jet turbofan derivative that is easily supportable and provides about 8,000 lbs of thrust. Photographs of the air vehicle suggest the engine sits deep inside the aircraft’s rear fuselage behind dual S-shaped diverter-less inlet ducts.

Apart from Göksunger this engine can power a shorter range Gezgin missile as there are plans for several different ranges for the Gezgin. A turbofan can be used for longer range or larger payload.
I have a question my friend as you seem smart, even though pulsejets are obsolete could they still work as a very cheap solution for cruise missiles?

Pulsejet engines are intermittent like the piston engine. Repeated detonations make the propulsion which means there are intervals between detonations when there is no propulsion. They are suitable as tipjets for helicopters though as the push need not be continuous. They will underperform any other choice for cruise missile I guess.

A smaller engine than a full size fighter jet engine like the TS1500 or TS300 would be a good testbed to work on to experiment towards exotic applications due to its smaller size which will mean easier handling. A VTOL UCAV derived from such an engine could be the Turkish version of an F35B style fighter. Giving credit to Selçuk Bayraktar who alleged years ago that the F35 will be the last of the manned fighters.
Ismail Demir also stated years ago that TFX will be most probably the last manned fighter jet that TSK will procure due to human limitations when performance is going up.
