He is accusing the government that the conflict in Papua is because racism/ phobia against papuans which od not true, our security forces in Papua are fighting against armed group that attacking and terrorizing civillian, did he already forget that these armed group have massacred infrastructure worker not too long ago?

Well, he tried his best to provoke papuan to hate the government by using religion sentiments. so then, more papuan will join the idea to be independence from Indonesia. He is basic, a die-hards supporters of independence papua.

When the papuans want better infrastructure and access to social services, and when the government are working on it there is several people or group that agaisnt it.
