You‘ve to downsize the radar also in weight & no. of GaN T/R modules IMO. Afaik Hurjet‘s radome is wider than FA-50, still small compared to F-16. For Block 20 KAI will install Raytheon‘s air-cooled PahntomStrike AESA radar with half the weight of usual models and less power intake. That means...
Beautiful 3D models of K9 Thunder and its export variants (Polish Krab with K9 chassis included). Firtina I unit no. are too high but every model looks pretty cool in different camo and design details.
A stunning 3D visual comparison of military strength (land forces) of both Koreas at the beginning of the so called 6.25 war in 1950.
🇰🇷 armed forces were so outmatched: a mainly constabulary force with 0 battle tanks, a navy with 1 battle ship and an air force with a few trainers.
🇰🇵 invasion...
$20 billion is an insane price for 40 F-16Vs, 80 upgrade kits and unknown no. of missiles and services.
For $23.1 billion Japan ordered 105 F-35s in 2020, deal package included:
- additional 5 P&W F135 engines as spare

A relativly unknown government institute, DTaQ controlls, tests and certifies weapon systems already in mass production. Verified performance checks according to ROK military requirements and specs. Primarily it's involved in defense technology planning and quality management. Their official...
🇺🇸 US booth: „Hi, buddy, yeah this is a cutting-edge 6th generation stealth bolt. You can lease it for 50k an hour but it‘s daily secured with 256-bit encrypted datalink code. Wait, are you Chinese? No chips for you, commie!!!“
🇩🇪 German booth: „Guten Tag, ssis is sse best in sse world, Jjörman injjineering! But first you have to pass sse human rights multiple tschuoice test … and what ssis is? Siss is a Bundeskriminalamt lie detector.“
🇰🇷 Korean booth: „안녕, you want that technology? No problem, we ship 24/7 worldwide! Hello Mariusz, my Polish buddy, have you seen this Indonesian guy? He owes me money, man, can‘t find him …“
🇨🇳 Chinese booth: „Ni hao, we sell to everyone. Even to Japanese dogs and US puppy master. But no, no, no to our renegade island province, bad business!“
Geez, I hate those right-wing US rednecks praising "Rooftop Koreans" firing on Afro-Americans to masturbate on their white supremacy gun fantasies.
Racist white LAPD mofos caused the riots by beating up petty criminal Rodney King on local TV.
Then white LAPD told Korean shop owners in Koreatown...
As a rule of thumb: most US fighter aircraft use flying boom, most European & Russian use a probe.
Just another side note:
A decade ago they also developed a refuelling probe for conformal tanks of F-16 called CARTS.
Here you can see both: the probe (conformal tank) and the markings on the...
Maybe he meant no probe-and-drogue refuelling (e.g. Eurofighter, Rafale, F/A-18).
Your picture shows the flying boom method for refuelling (e.g. F-22, F-35, F-16, F-15). So Turkish F-16s have no refuelling probe but are refueled through a „plugged in“ flying boom.
I watched the Dune remake movie recently. Microchips are the „spice“ of our world. An arduous endeavour to secure the ressources and manufacture them. Any future technology be it AI or quantum computing need ever more advanced chips as a propellant. Everyone involved in the semicon industry is...
