I'd say my understanding of Azerbaycan Turkish is around 80-85%. In comparison Scandinavian languages have similar root (except Finland), but I understand maybe 60% Swedish but around 90% Norwegian

Not really, as long as the two sides can be amicable about it, then I don't see why the corridor shouldn't exist. What's more important is Russian outposts. Those outposts need to be inside the area of the autonomous region, and not outskirts of Karabag that Azerbaycan will be handed.
