A 65000 DWT carrier will not be a lightweight in any terms. Otherwise you always need a STOVL fighter. The smallest Catobar carrier is the Charles De Gaulle which is a 45000 DWT ship.

The Mobile Combat Center (IEMM) contract was signed for the use of the Turkish Navy. IEMM will respond to operational needs in extraordinary situations (war, natural disasters, etc.) as an alternative to existing combat / comminucation centers.
