Danimarkada baya cok tutuluyor. Geliri düsük olan vatandaslar kira yardimi aliyor ayricaliktan. Neredeyse tüm kiraya yetiyor ( 75 m’2 limit)

Tamam, mal sahibi degilsin ama tamir ve tadilat la da ugrasmiyorsun, yöneticiler ugrasiyor.

Yok. Devlet kiraya vermiyor. TOKİ yapıp satıyor. TOKinin yaptığı yeni inşaatlar zararına değil. TOKİ Maliyetine satsa bile Türkiye'deki asgari ücret ile yeni ev satın almak mümkün değil. İnşaatlarda da yandaş taşeronlar var hep.

Keşke senin dediğin gibi 1+1 sosyal konutları devlet kiraya verse. Askeri Lojman kirası gibi ucuz olsa.
Kanal İstanbul projesinin yerine o bölgeye sosyal konutlar yapılabilir ., inşaat sektörü canlanır hem de İstanbul yoğunluğu azaltılır.

Bu kafayı çok iyi tanıyorum, TCG Anadolu kafası bu: dizaynı hazır alınsın ticari bir tersanede yapılsın. Sonra da "know how kazandık, teknoloji transferi yapıldı, tersaneler gelişti" derler.
TF-2000'i bile bu yolla yemeye çalıştılar birkaç yıl önce, Bu kişi FREMM ve SAMP-T (Aster) derken bu işin ucunun TF-2000 projesine gideceğini o da çok iyi biliyor.

Lately, I am so depressed, I have to do sh*t from home. I may sound okay (do I?) but my head is already broken. I might kill my neighbor any moment

I think it's better to let people out at least for some hours at the weekend.

My neighbor probably rides a horse from his bedroom to kitchen or to living room. I hear horseshoes. Why would somebody throw his trash from 10th floor? how many families are there under you? Did your mother give birth of you or defecate you?
No, no. Zero problems with neighbors is not a solution but zero neighbors, zero problems is. I am afraid I knock on his door with a shotgun =)
