Technically it's name is the Malatia-Sebastia district. It was originally two districts which were named after the cities of Malatya and Sivas in Turkey. Bangladesh is more of an unofficial nickname.

I think by now the main problem is the rent price too crazy (I have my apartment no problem)

You can choose not to use taxi restaurants not to buy new clothes but you cannot live without flat .
