They left all these equipment because they hoped that Islamist Taliban would be a nuisance to Muslim-mistreating commie China.
What they failed to anticipate though is that after they left China walked in and straight up bought the place.
Now the head honcho of Taliban is repeating the Chinese talking points on Uyghurs.
