Porsav IS Sungur missile. It is the man pads version of it.
Turkey produces under license Stinger missiles too.
Sungur is the next stage of our manpads effort after Stinger. But it is not the same.
There is going to be a Sungur+ version too.

Sungur is going to evolve in to Levent later on.

Good Anakin Good Now we are can be targetting air launched Gabriel III and Exoceet Anti Ship missile carrier aircrafts. Nowadays Subs and Aircrafts biggest enemies of ships and this is a very well capability.

Yes air launched harpoon with 130 km range and other long ranged cruise missiles still a threat but air launched Harpoon and cruise missiles is not have active radar seeker. Harpoon have semi active other ones generally gps+ins+ir. this ones is a less dangerous than fully active radar seekered ones.

Basic Harpoon has an active radar. Air launched one (AGM-84A) should be the same, except some other derived missiles like AGM-84E SLAM use infrared sensors. Which air launched Harpoon version are you writing about?

AGM-84D also uses active radar homing:

So does the UGM variants, what kind of intelligence would consider launching a SARH Missile via a submarine?

It optionally has SARH mode to home on the jamming source / radar emitting target and to be guided via illumination, thus people often confuses that as a typical semi-active guidance but in fact it is dual semi active&active.

In some cases it can also be used in SARH mode for close-distance targets which can be illuminated by FCR.

Based on lack of open source information I think this “home on jam” mode for Harpoon is an internal mode for the missile and not an operator selectable mode like search pattern, waypoints, flight profile etc. I’m guessing of course, if this is sensitive information please do not give details.

According to Mr. Sunnetci, Sungur is planned to be integrated along with Korkut.

Variant of Sungur, Sungur+ is in development for vehicles.
Also Levent Block 1 RIM along with RF seeker Block 2 for the Navy.
Gokdeniz-ER is in development by Aselsan and Tubitak SAGE.

All are canister and technically can be launched from land based mobile platform.

Aselsan also developing small AESA radars. Can be mounted on vehicles small as 4x4s.
You mean Korkut with two launch pods for Sungur?
