Does US help us in Siper project?
Are you kidding, right? The Americans did not invite us to the NATO meeting on the Ukraine crisis. And when they need it most. Do you think someone who behaves this way will help in the air defense system or any defense project?

What happened to TOZKOPARAN?

Any guesses with recent updates? I was thinking a missile like current Hisar RF initially but not anymore.

Maybe Modified Goktug munition with booster?

To even ask that question is a tragicomedy, a country that doesn't give you basic military hardware such as Mk.41, RAM or ESSM will never give you assistance in air defence technology.

If they do, what could be the reasons?

Why should they? They have, on the contrary, tried to hinder our frigate Project by blocking sales of critical equipments. But if you know something we don’t, please share.
US has patriot Pac3 that may resemble, to a degree, our Siper in terms of hit to kill capability and active RF seeker. But, Pac3 has dual thrust engine where as Siper uses a dual pulse engine.
In fact, if anything, Siper is more like a Barak-8 with more speed, less range.
Do they (US) want further and deeper cooperation with Russia on ADS? Or do they want us to cut this (S-400) unavoidably agreement on ADS? Especially now, where Russian has invaded Ukraine and NATO is split over Russia.
By helping us on SIPER system, they can solve S-400 issue were both sides can save face and doing business as usual. Than at the end, US knows, they cant stop the project, with or without help from US. After finishing of Siper, their will be no need of S-400 anymore. Not to mention our relation to Israel, which will be normalized soon.

Depend on interests. I would not give even a screw, if it is not in my interest. Or give missile tech, if it is in my interest.

Isreal is forced to normalize relations after their littile East Med project collapsed. US wants to divide Türkiye like it did to Syria and Iraq, so they will never help in anything.

Air defence system are the most vital elements of the homeland defence
We are now witnessesing this in Ukraine.
Every kind of missiles are messing around over Ukrainian airspace.
Yesterday ruaf planes were bombing Al Bab.
We must enforce our air defence asap

I imagine Korkut and Hisar would be effective enough for cruise missiles in their current state and combined with F16 would be enough to protect our air space against Russia. Not so much against ballistic missiles however

We should invest, develop, buy whatever we can do in terms of getting air defence capabilities.

S400 acquisition is done for. From previous technical aspects mentioned to political repercussions of Russia launching full invasion.

Sadly Iam inclined to agree.......

However, what I really wanna ask about is the future prospects of the Akkuyu nuclear power plant..... what will its future be when it is near to completion

Unmanned Underwater Vehicles will also be subject to restrictions of sensor and communication limitations. Operating close to surface, these vehicles will be great. But at depth, with current technology, 30-40 metres is the operational radius.
How is a sub to communicate at 300 metre depth with a UUV that is kilometres away?
Smart buoy system spread out in a network covering Mavi Vatan, using these buoys to register vessels and other stuff and relaying them to HQ or any vessel fitted with necessary communication devices.

Why is everyone giving up on Ukraine already? Look at the conflict map, Ukrainians are actually doing fairly well in holding them back. Russia is shelling everything but it still doesn't seem to be enough, so they are preparing for another round of heavy bombing to try and soften up the Ukrainians more.

The Ukrainians are outgunned and outmatched unfortunately.
