Very sad news and inexcusable that we still use 50-60 year old planes.

Yes crashes happen in all militaries, including the US.

But they're still inexcusable. Every crash is preventable, whether through maintenance, training or upgrades/replacement.

This just suggests enough funds aren't being dedicated to maintaining or replacing these old platforms.
