Yes crashes happen in all militaries, including the US.

But they're still inexcusable. Every crash is preventable, whether through maintenance, training or upgrades/replacement. Civilian airline aviation has gone incredibly safe over the decades, there's no reason why military aviation can't match it under NORMAL circumstances.

This just suggests enough funds aren't being dedicated to maintaining or replacing these old platforms.

I dont like being political with such a awful event.

Sehitlerimize Allah Rahmet dileyoum.

1. If this is a shot down. Russia and Armenia really deserve to be glassed.

2. Politicians and their penny pinching gets soldiers killed

3. Old is old no matter how many times you maintain it.

First of all, may the souls of all our soldiers rest in peace.

Many possibilities come to mind, but it's best to wait for the results of our government's investigation. The possibilities that come to mind are:

1- Maintenance error or negligence,
2- Sabotage of the aircraft before takeoff,
3- Possibility of being shot down,

These options carry many possibilities in themselves. This is a truly tragic incident. Necessary steps must be taken against those responsible. The root of the problem must be addressed.
