Are you the guy who is against the corruption then suggest that Baykar Makina should be transfered to Koc? As I can see here I am not telling anyone what they should do buy even if I do I just tell to selective few so don't generalise. As why I wrote all those things , well for me is intolerable behaviour that someone writes a statement assuming that I or somebody else didn't read the article in Haberturk or we didn't understand it. I am not letting anyone to creat my reality. Hysteria, mumbling etc mean nothing. So as you can see from above, I didn't get an answers , contra accusations are not the answer. So how come that all delays are due to ALLEGED corruption when it is stated that at least partially that it is due to changes of the specification from TSK ? Also some delays were due to problems of foreign suppliers? And is there any proof that the corruption happened in this particular case ? how Ethem Sanjak got BMC is irrelevant to this particularity.

It is off topic I agree but I had to answer. Also in quoted post , where exactly I made derogatory statement or insult? I can't count on the subjectivity of person, as you can read one of the posts was primarily personal towards me and I didn't even mention it, true or not ?

The 1 billion 150 million Euros Milgem tender was withdrawn from RMK (KOC's shipyard) due to alleged irregularities in the tender. It was first reported that the companies that were not invited to tender had complained to the Prime Ministry and that inspectors had started an investigation. It was claimed that Metin Kalkavan (Turkon Holding), one of the important figures of the maritime sector and a close friend of Erdoğan at the time, was influential in this matter. I don't know if it is related to this, but in the same period, some staff changes were made at the SSM (now SSB). (also note, Ironically, Kalkavan's shipyard Sedef won the LHD tender 2 years later.) Another claim was that the attitude of some institutions affiliated with KOC Holding during the Gezi uprising was related to this decision, but I think this is a controversial claim because Mustafa Koç, the number 1 name of the Koç family at that time, was also known to be close to Erdoğan. KOC Holding increased its turnover several times in the Erdoğan period.

I don't want to go into too much detail, but in Turkish defense circles this is seen more as an Erdoğan-KOC fight.

Just to refresh our memories, Mr. Kalkavan‘s shipyard sent a complaint letter to Başbakanlık Teftiş Kurulu (Office of Prime Ministry Inspection Committee) on the ground that they were not invited to tender despite they applied for a bid and the tender would not be a fair one as it would eliminate targeted competition.

This letter, however, was dictated to Mr. Kalkavan by Erdoğan himself, then Prime Minister of Turkey and Mr. Kalkavan’s shipyard had not even made an official bid for the tender.

We could even go further back when public tenders were publicly televised and we saw how ethem sancak got BMC way under its value stunning everybody in the room, cant find the video anymore though.
These things were public in front of our eyes but when we mention them we get called dogs and moderation seems to allow those personal attack lately, sad state of development here.

Ethem Sancak acquired BMC with the only person allowed to enter tender. He got it under value. And sold %49 of BMC to Qataris at the same year, for a price more than he bought. Same way he acquired the media outlets which he made them a propaganda center for government.

Anyways, there is no point explaining to certain people. We both know those who defend these stuff will began to attack Turkey a year later.
