I mean as religious loyalty for example many Iranians follow Iraqi marjaas and many afghans, pakistani ,Indians and Kashmiri follow Iraqi and Iranian marjaas but there are no Turkish or Azerbaijani marjaas except the ones are from Iran

It is probably due to the fact that the most Azerbaijanis are not religious and that doesn't leave a place to sectarianism and radicalism.

If they acted like a brother country there would have been absolutely no reason to be worried. Stability and good relation between neighbours are needed so the region can see prosperity. While they are talking about "Ottoman" expansionism they have turned a blind eye to the deep problems of our region and tried to act by thinking only about their own benefits rather than coordinating actions with the neighbours. Of course this is not a situation that went unnoticed and response already arrived.

What Iran wants is something akin to what Erdo wants
Erdo wants to revive the Ottomans' legacy and importance in World affairs and to somehow, one way or another, form an Ottoman 2.0 with both Hard and Soft powers
Iranian leaders have always dreamed of reviving their former dynasty. Such a dream would obviously conflict with Turkey's ambition, Gulf monarchies rule, Israel and USA dream of global dominamce and mobilising all resources of middle east
That is why Iran is criticising Turkey of "Ottomanism" while they themselves are doing the same thing for longer time and by using crueler means

Azeri ethnic separatism is not a thing and these puny states named Turkey and Azerbaijan are absolutely no match for the mighty IRI with all of it’s rockets and missiles etc... yet ever since Azerbaijan wiped the floor with the Armenians some people in Teheran are absolutely losing their shit and do and say crazy things on a daily basis.
