Gold mine in Kelbecer, and where the "gate was placed

Seem the gate is placed inside Azerbaycan lands 1,5 km to Armenian border which seems to leave the mines to the Armenians. Remember the mines are operated by Russia.

Not even Armenia recognizes Artsakh.
Maybe you know better but for me it's a political move. Nothing that is unexpected for me to be fair. There will also be no results and no change on the field even if this is accepted. It only creates more tension and nothing more. Politicians being politicians :D

It's a non-binding resolution proposed by strongly pro-Armenian senators.
Just for show and to appease the Armenian diaspora in France. Give them something to gloat about.
Plus, the resolution is called "The need to recognize the republic of ...". A joke really.

Azeri lawmakers call for France
to lose Karabakh mediation role
over senate resolution

The Azeri foreign ministry said the
French senate resolution, which has no legal force,
had tainted France's reputation as a fair mediator
and cast doubt on its neutrality.

It described the resolution
as a provocation and said it was biased.
