As stated by @CaucasusWarReport there are soldiers of which "track was lost" from both sides. It is not exactly something to be proud of or give example with it. There are two ways for the Turkish soldier. 1 is destroy and take no prisoners and 2 is take prisoners and treat them with respect. There is no middle way. Such actions are not only shame for the Turkish soldier but also for the whole humanity. Either control shot or nothing.

We are bounded by treaties and conventions not to mention our religion Islam does not allow for the execution of prisoners of war.

But seeing such footages of Azerbaijani pows getting executed in horrific ways is just going to add more fuel to the fire for revenge. I know we have to keep our cool for a lot of Azerbaijani soldiers some may take it their own way execute armenian pows and justify it by saying they are doing it to us so we shall do it to them.

Its not justified but what this shows how war can bring the worst of people. Not to mention both sides hate each others guts to the point this hate blinds anybody of reality.

I've been thinking the same. If Armenia behaves, we should open the borders and allow business to commence. Our eastern provinces will win, business will win and trust can be build with Armenia. They will be given a way out of their dependence. Even now with the borders closed Turkish products make it into the supermarkets of Armenia, but paying a big premium for distributors and transport through Iran or Georgia.
They would have to change some of their political goals. But we should not do this yet. If the diaspora has so much influence in western countries let's make the western countries come with offers to us.

Why should do anything beyond supporting and helping Azerbaycan when our so-called allies and Russia are supporting terrorist activities to our southeast, and trying to mess with what is ours in the mediterranean sea.

Unfortunately the world doesn't revolve around doing the right thing. But national interests, while west can sell democracy for that...

If Armenia really wants peace in the region, they'd have to change the root of their existence, which is filled with brainwashing of generations about the so-called genocide! They even shouted genocide just in the latest conflict which they've initiated in the first place, although they were the ones launching rockets targeting civilian areas!
They need to wake up and get rid of these delusions, then maybe there will be a chance for peace with Turkey and Azerbaijan.

Small difference in both articles. One says PK center in Azerbaycan (in princip this could be in Baku) while the other one states it's going to be established in Karabagh area.

The location of the PK center is important IMO and should be located in Karagh region of Azerbaycan.

Anyone got a map of the area it will be established ? (I'd prefer Lacin or Kelbecer).

They were going to make a new road anyway because in the ceasefire Lacin is handed over to Azerbaycan. I think they're just retelling the story again changing it slightly.

I am not sure that sliver of orange patch going to Zengilan area is correct.

Turkey should open its border to Armenia as soon as possible. Why?

1. Detach ARM independence from Russia
2. More control and influence in ARM
3. New market for Turkish goods
4. Maybe influence on ARM politics and diaspora and pkk support
5....
We should be seen as the good guys 😉

The Armenians are brainwashed and indoctrinated from birth to racially hate Turks. Armenia is a crazy and fanatical state, Turkey should position herself to bring the true character of armenia out so that she can be rewarded like she was recently in Karabagh.

So basc

According to the New York Times' allegation based on sources in Baku, Putin gave Aliyev an ultimatum on the night of the tripartite agreement on Karabakh: Stop the operations after taking Shusha or the Russian army will intervene.

That night, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan announced that the Russian Mi-24 was "accidentally" shot down by Azerbaijan.

So basically Russia saved armenia's skin.

This is how Russia planned the future of the Karabakh war from the very beginning. There is nothing Azerbaijan can do against Russia. Let's not deceive ourselves in anticipation in vain. Even if Ilham Aliyev continued the operations, he would lose more than he received.

Just like the Ogaden war. Somalia was smashing Ethiopia until the Soviets intervened not only Somalia lost they gave on up huge gains of territorial conquests after they lost the country embroiled itself in a civil war.

Something that can apply here. Once Azerbaijan was poised to destroy Armenia the Russians will intervene not just drive Azerbaijan out of Karabag they may even try to get into Baku.

Azerbaijan had to make do with whatever they gain and call it off as they could have suffered a full blown defeat if the Russians intervened. This defeat could have long term ramifications for the country may even lead to Aliyevs downfall.
