English summary of an article written by Pashinyan himself that puts the blame on Russia and the previous governments of Armenia.
those are only the soldiers from Armenia who came to help, + 1500 Armenian soldiers(from Armenia) body still in our land(1500 registered soldier in Armenia that their body not found yet, they find 20-30 sometimes 140 soldiers every day), they only count and say these numbers when they find their body, basically confirmed death number, + 6000 Karabagh Armenians(it could be more) as almost every family worked for army to get paid(they saw that no Armenians want to serve the area border with Azerbaijan as every year just 300 died from our sniper shots) + couple hundreds from Syria and kurds, and 10000 soldiers wounded.. it total, even they accept and say it, lost around 12000 soldiers(total number of missing Armenians), even though all the time they were defending, they had all high positions and our side specifically told not to bombard any city, lost 2900. most of them to mortar fire which Armenians used to have cameras and only shoot those they see our side attack. our strongest part was( which Pashinyan himself told it)SOF and Drones, made them to run from those trenches which all their war tactic was based on, and our thousands of SOF units that knew all the area, top of mountains as they almost lived there all the time. as i said Armenians never even risked to go there, so even in war they thought our side knows there better than them so they left it unprotected, or who were said to protect it just left the area and ran from battlefield. thats why our SOF went so deep into them and hunted so many soldiers behind that they didnt realize somebody was nearby. as soon as they heard gunfire behind, they all left their possitions front and ran more behind thinking they will be encircled. in reality our SOF groups were only 10-15 soldiers group. even Araik Harutinyan(president of Karabagh Armenians) said himself that 1500 Armenian soldiers ran from 15 our SOF in Hadrut(the most important city for Armenians as their defense minister and most of army members are born there), imagine you are 1500 strong in a single city, but after getting shoot by our SOF at night, they decided to leave the city). Later they attacked back and our 15 SOF just returned and re attacked with whole SOF army which resulted with sooo many death of Armenian soldiers in that specific place. They were calling it stalingrad of Armenians. they didnt accept that they lost that city until the war ended even though our soldiers were sharing videos.. after every video, they were sharing a video next day which were taken before and saying they counter attacked and took it, and next day our side sharing vide with dates saying ) Last 30 years our SOF created an image on their eyes that they didnt have any motivation to fight. their only hope was Russia will come to help them..

2020 was a success for the local (Turkey) defense sector
thanks to completed projects, growing exports and products
that proved themselves on the field,
including Turkey's advanced UAVs, the new armies of the sky.
Through cooperation, these two armed UAVs,
manufactured by Baykar Makina and Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI),
performed a first in history,
with the support of electronic jamming elements.
They executed "suppress enemy air defense (SEAD)" missions
and "destroy enemy air defense (DEAD)" tasks "
normally requiring F-16s.
Kılıç emphasized that eventually UAVs are set to function like fighter jets
thanks to advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technology
rather than relying on aviation technology.
However, he also said extensive testing is critical in terms of the drones completing various tasks
and targeting enemy positions
without endangering military personnel.
Turkish drones, along with Israeli kamikaze drones, had a demoralizing effect on the Armenian forces,
especially after the drone footage spread on social and conventional media.
Armenian journalist Tatul Hakobjan was cited by German Tagesschau as saying,
that "as soon as the drones were heard, they had seven seconds to run away,"
demonstrating the video game-like operations of drones.

The real concern, however,

The effectiveness of drones against air defenses in Syria and Nagorno Karabakh
should worry US analysts for two reasons.
First, the drones used by Turkish and Azerbaijani forces were inexpensive
and in no way, shape, or form “stealthy.”
In Syria in particular, the problem was not that Syrian air defenses couldn’t track and target Turkish drones
but that they couldn’t track and target enough of them.
This brings us to cause for concern number two.
If cheap drones can wreak this much havoc,
imagine what stealth drones will do.
With electronic warfare assistance,
a combination of the two “swarmed” in sufficient numbers
might overwhelm even the most advanced integrated air defense systems.

In the written statement made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, the visit of the Armenian Foreign Minister Ara Ayvazyan and the signing of some "agreements" in Nagorno-Karabakh contradicted the tripartite declaration signed between Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia on 10 November, and peace, security and business in the region after the end of the conflict. It was stated that he did not comply with the attempts to establish the union.
In the statement, it was reminded that the signature of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was also included in the declaration on 10 November, and the following statements were made:

It's weird how the guy who recorded this is from armenian side and post this without fears of legal sanctions
haha its not the guy.. its the security camera of the air defense unit. They left the whole base and our side found it once they captured it.. Armenian forces are very famous for running as soon as they feel our side bomb or coming. just imagine that, may be first time in the world, most bases that our soldiers captured, they found Armenian forces locked from one of their feet with chain to not let them to run. so many pictures around. also funny part, as soon as our side attacked, they found their Ak and all military uniform around, as they ran like innocent people, as our forces and drones for told not to kill innocent people.. whole Armenian forces were armed with Mortars, only thing they said they can help with, nobody wanted to fight. thats why our side choosed very smart idea, just 10-15 SOF went deep, as soon as they heard firefight, they just ran back and try to shoot with mortar, like hundreds of them. being small made it less casualty, but also was enough to make them run)

But what are AZ going to do about the rising numbers of PK, didn’t pres. Aliyev set a limit on how many PK there could be ?
