Baykar Tech also has an important preparation for Azerbaijan. Baykar Field Coordinator Retired Staff Colonel Hüseyin Topuz is in charge of the organization. In the coming years, it may be possible to partially shift the serial production of some systems. The name of the company in Azerbaijan is Bayraktar Technology Azerbaijan
This is a very good idea, if Azerbaijani defence industry can become an extended part of larger Tyrkish defence industry it would be very beneficial for the small country.

Azerbaijan clinches deal with Serbia on purchase of 48 self-propelled howitzers

Azerbaijan has completed signing an agreement with Serbia on the purchase of 48 self-propelled howitzers Nora B-52NG of 155 mm calibre, Azernews reports.

World Defence News reports that the deal worth $340 million is part of the modernization strategy of the Azerbaijani army.

The howitzers were developed by Serbian defence company Yugoimport, but are compatible with standard NATO ammunition. The projectiles with improved aerodynamics can be fired at a range of more than 40 kilometres.

The Nora B-52NG is distinguished by its firepower, extended range, high mobility due to its wheeled platform and advanced fire control systems, making it a valuable component of modern artillery arsenals

Currently, the Nora-B52 is in service with the armies of several countries, including Serbia, Kenya, Cyprus, Bangladesh, and Myanmar. Now Azerbaijan will become the new user of the howitzer, purchasing fifty self-propelled artillery mounts.

One of the key advantages of the Serbian howitzers is their high mobility.

Azerbaijan showed off its Turkish-made Bayraktar Akıncı UAVs. Azerbaijan presented the Bayraktar Akıncı UAV received from Turkey. The Bayraktar Akinci UAV was developed by Baykar and made its first flight in 2019; we previously reviewed it. The Bayraktar Akinci UAV is equipped with a variety of missiles and ammunition, examples of which you can see in the photo. On board there is an Aselsan optical-electronic station and a radar with an active phased array antenna. The UAV is equipped with 2 Ukrainian AI-450T turboprop engines with a power of 450 hp each. s., or two Turkish piston engines PD-222. The maximum speed of the UAV is up to 360 km/h, flight range up to 7500 km, at an altitude of up to 13700 meters, flight duration up to 24 hours. Akıncı UAV uses satellite communications.

Baykar signs a Cooperation Agreement for Joint Research, Development and Production with the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Earlier Aliev announced Baykar production, maintenance and training facility will be completed by 2025 in Azerbaijan.
Most likely producing Akıncı and Kizilelma, unknown whether Azerbaijan still wants to procure smaller UCAVs such as TB-3.

Its possible that these are replacing some of the towed howitzers, a lot of militaries are considering abandoning towed systems and switching to wheeled SPHs due to threat of drones and counter-battery fire

Oh, if only! :)
But this is just training for now.
We cannot stand by and simply watch as the US and EU, or worse, Russia, seize control of Georgia. Even after the opening of the corridor through Armenia, Georgia will remain very important for us.
Georgia is weak, we need to support it more and prevent a repeat of the “08/08/08” war.
Fortunately, our military-political leadership understands this very well.
