"The Chinese fleet is becoming more and more dangerous..."
It is not clear to which country you are comparing the Chinese fleet. He
more dangerous than the US Navy???...
Why did you decide that he was becoming "dangerous"? For whom is this dangerous?
Is the American Navy less dangerous?
Indicate in what century the Chinese fleet sank someone or at least threatened someone.
I don't know much about maritime affairs, but I know a little history. Strictly speaking, no special knowledge is needed here. You type the question “The Chinese fleet is dangerous,” and you read about “danger.”
That's exactly what I did.
And I found an interesting article about the expedition of a powerful Chinese fleet led by Admiral Zhen He in... the beginning of the 15th century. (No more mention of the Chinese Navy). But I have not found any danger of the Chinese fleet for the whole world anywhere in 600 years!
The only expedition undertaken by the Chinese in the last 600 years was most likely diplomatic in nature. According to some historians - even of a scientific nature.
Just in case, the huge Chinese fleet during this expedition, having made a trip to the Indian Ocean, the Persian Gulf and East Africa, did not fight with anyone, did not bombard cities and did not occupy overseas countries.
That is, to be objective, the Chinese fleet has never threatened world peace! Explain where you got this cliché about the danger of the Chinese fleet? Which overseas lands did the Chinese fleet occupy?

Now let’s see what the military fleets of the “humane and peace-loving” West did in the world’s oceans and overseas countries.
To tell you? Or do you know how the Spanish Dutch, French, English and other military fleets sank merchant fleets in the world's oceans, bombed defenseless cities, occupied many countries and entire continents! They were engaged in the slave trade! They turned many independent states into colonies! etc.
Yes, China and its navy are becoming increasingly powerful. More powerful than any fleet in the world. But writing fables about its possible danger is already a fantastic genre ;) 😂
Lol all I meant by "dangerous" is more capable. China's Fleet is quickly growing in capability compared to its opponents. Every year the Chinese military becomes more capable of threatening Taiwan and presenting a strong challenge to the U.S. led regional support for Taiwan.

Warlike China! Terrible China! Bloodthirsty China!
Dear @Hari Sud, please count how many wars China, the USA, India, and Canada have waged since 1947! Which of these countries fought more wars in these years?
For some reason I don’t remember all the countless wars of bellicose China :)

Lol China is just self-interested like everyone else. I'm not suggesting that they are terrible, bloodthirsty or anything like that. They're simply rising as threat to Western power. It's not as if I expect them to apologize for it.

NORAD detects, tracks and intercepts Russian and PRC aircraft operating in the Alaska ADIZ

NORAD detected, tracked, and intercepted two Russian TU-95 and two PRC H-6 military aircraft operating in the Alaska Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ) on July 24, 2024. NORAD fighter jets from the United States and Canada conducted the intercept.

The Russian and PRC aircraft remained in international airspace and did not enter American or Canadian sovereign airspace. This Russian and PRC activity in the Alaska ADIZ is not seen as a threat, and NORAD will continue to monitor competitor activity near North America and meet presence with presence.

An ADIZ begins where sovereign airspace ends and is a defined stretch of international airspace that requires the ready identification of all aircraft in the interest of national security.

NORAD is a unique bi-national command between the United States and Canada. NORAD employs a layered defense network of satellites, ground-based and airborne radars and fighter aircraft in seamless interoperability to detect and track aircraft and inform appropriate actions. NORAD remains ready to employ a number of response options in defense of North America.

You know, I myself live in a small country, between two militarily powerful countries - Russia and Iran. Moreover, both of these countries have claims to our territories and do not hide it at all. It was with the help of Russia that 30 years ago neighboring Armenia occupied our Karabakh. After defeat in the war, Armenia is now being armed by France, Iran and... India. We recently became a strategic partner of China. By the way, this happened after Washington announced a strategic partnership with Armenia. Literally at these hours, the Americans are conducting military exercises with the Armenians.

As for the Indo-Pacific region, I must note that it is unfamiliar to me (by the way, like China :) ). But it is well known how many countries have provided the United States with their territories to host American military bases. Meanwhile, there are no Chinese military bases in either Canada or Mexico or nearby. Apparently, they will appear in the coming years. Just a few hours ago, Chinese and Russian strategic bombers appeared near Alaska...

(I remind my dear colleagues that during the discussion it is best to answer the question posed and then ask your own question. I am waiting for a long list of countries occupied by «bellicose» China:))

Might need to look at the history books mate china has invaded tibet, fought a war with india, then vietnam, occupied islands from SCS countries and continues to do so and for being a "strategic partner " to china is more like being a used condom. Our near neighbor to the west was once the largest recipient of chinese money by CPEC. They had high hopes on becoming the next dubai and made fun of indians who were standing against china. Now they are begging for loans from IMF and their birth rate is higher than their GDP growth rate 😆.

Nope. Being strategic partner with China is beneficial. What happened to Pakistan is their own doing.

Oh, so to find the answer to China's "countless" wars of aggression over the past 80 years, you need to read history?! Don't worry, you won't find anything there except the Korean and Vietnamese wars. Even I know that Tibet was occupied somewhere in the 19th century.
And how many wars has the US waged since 1947?! And no one has attacked them! All US wars are acts of aggression! Why don't you just call America an aggressive country for the sake of objectivity!

Pakistan's per capita GDP is $1,800, India's is $2,600. What are you proud of? The same poverty... Moreover, China's is $13,000.
Azerbaijan's GDP is $8,000. Some rich countries have GDPs over $100,000. I see no reason to be proud.
The poorest country is Afghanistan, isn't it? But just recently we saw how the Afghans drove the richest people out of their country — the Americans! And how the Americans “proudly” fled! 😂 Do you know who held back the Taliban while the “glorious” American soldiers fled? We, the Turks!
By the way, the Pakistanis during several wars very decently “paid you your due" ;)
Let it be known to you, human dignity is not measured in money.
It is normal to address a forum colleague as a friend. But calling his country a derogatory epithet is the height of impudence and bad manners:cool:
In general, my country is perceived differently in the world, especially after the glorious victory in the war… For the past 4 years, the most famous military academies in the world, including the American, German, French, Russian, have been carefully studying the tactics and strategy of the Azerbaijani army!
Poverty, of course, is not a virtue, but it is not a vice either. Millions of people living in poverty somehow retain their dignity.
I hope it's the same in your country.

It was occupied in the 1950s 😅

Because its da US a super power whose whole aim is to protect its dominance they are gonna invade, dethrone countries its their game.

Well the indian government doesnt have to beg IMF or Saudi Arabia for money so that it can function as a state. India unlike other small countries doesnt have oil or any other natural resource in abundance to fuel its growth. Its a massive country who has 28 states in which 21 has population higher than azerbaijan. But still its achieving 7 to 8% growth rate and i am proud of that. China has GDP per capita of 13,000 but it has world class infrastructure that will give even japan a run for money.GDP per capita isn't gonna be massive factor when it comes to countries who have nearly a billion population.

Afghanistan the so called " grave yard of empires " that is an all just a grave yard for its own people. A country where fighters can change alliance on the basis on strength.US didnt fail militarily it failed in the whole nation building fiasco. The whole airport was secured was secured by NATO forces where majority was US forces so that is a wierd claim.

Yup they paid us very decently. They invaded us in 65 and ended up defending their biggest city from us👏. In 71 they fought us and got split in half.More than 91,000 of their POWs were at our mercy that they had to start printing stamps pleading for their return. We do assassinations on their soil. Still didnt get the part where they paid us our due. The recent skirmish with them of us loosing a mig21 in the end showed the brass in the air force to wake up and modernise. Its a sad reality that uninformed people still think India and pak has "rivalry". Indian government doesnt give a ratass about what pakistan does and pakistan wants a way out of the conundrum to start trade with india that they stopped Lol. Only ones who are fighting are Internet warriors

I think what Iskander meant is that during the Afghanistan withdrawal, Turkish/Azerbaijani forces were the last of the participating nations to leave IIRC. Part of that is because the Taliban generally refrained from attacking our soldiers and vehicles so other NATO troops would sometimes hitch a ride with our boys to avoid becoming a target for bullets and bombs.

From Wikipedia.

"Tibet came under the rule of the Qing Dynasty of China in 1720 after the Qing expelled the Dzungar Khanate. It remained under Qing rule until 1912. The subsequent Republic of China claimed the inherited territories of the Qing Dynasty, including Tibet."

"The Chinese annexation of Tibet (also known as the "Chinese invasion of Tibet" by the Tibetan government in exile, or the "peaceful liberation of Tibet" by the Chinese government... in 1950..." Ibid.

Colleague, it seems that thanks to you I will become a sinologist :) As I have already written, I have never studied Southeast Asia. (I am also not familiar with Oceania, Latin America and Africa, except for the northern part of the continent).
But this does not mean that you can invent incredible fables about it. As you see, with Tibet, not everything is as "clean" as you write. Tibet, it turns out, belonged to China 150 years before the events of 1950! You wanted to mislead me!!! Oops, oops, oops!
Regarding the USA. You write that the USA wages countless aggressive wars "because the USA is a superpower, the only goal which is to protect their dominance, they are going to invade and overthrow countries. This is their game." After these words of yours, I don't even know what to say!!! Let it be known to you that international laws, written, by the way, by the USA, do not/should not make exceptions for the most powerful countries. In theory, international relations, figuratively speaking, are not the Indian jungle!!! If the most powerful countries do not comply with the laws because they are hegemons, then no one else is obliged to comply with them!!! This is the situation we are seeing in the world today: strong Russia is attacking weak Ukraine.
Look at this map

1722081255197.png

During the UN vote on the withdrawal of Armenian occupation troops from Karabakh, the USA, France and Russia (and for some reason India, which joined this trio), by the way, all three members of the UN Security Council, voted against. Although all of them, like all UN members, including India, officially recognize Karabakh as the territory of Azerbaijan!!! The great superpower - the democratic United States shamefully supported the occupier, only because Armenia is a Christian country, and we are Muslims.
We can make an exception for Russia, because Armenia is its military ally and it was with Russia's help that it occupied Karabakh. I am ready to make an exception even for India. But when these big countries publicly behave meanly, then the moment of truth comes!!!
The moment of truth came in 2020: the glorious army of Azerbaijan, having defeated the occupying forces of Armenia in 6 weeks, itself restored international law!!!
And you call this bragging...
By the way, before this war there was another famous Six Weeks' War - the war between France and Germany in 1940. A war that the French shamefully lost:LOL: :LOL:
