Your numbers are good but we also need to take into consideration the fact that this will be a large sale and they’re planning buyer to manufacture under license.
These factors surely must be taken into account while estimating for such a large deal.

Roketsan produces a 122mm and 230mm rocket munition that can be fired from drones like Akinci and probably TB3.
Trg122 missile (122mm diameter) has a weight of 76kg and when fired from air should have a range of about 70-80km.
There is also a trg230 (230mm diameter) with a weight of 215kg and if fired from air can hit targets 150 km away with precision. As TB3s has a maximum capacity of 280kg, it may be just about capable to carry one Trg230. But should easily accommodate the trg122 missiles.
KHAN missile is a land launched twin canister solid fuelled rocket system like the above missiles. It is 600mm in diameter, 450kg explosive payload with a range of just under 300km. It can hit targets with pin point accuracy.


Atmaca is a 890 kg weight anti ship missile powered by a solid fuel booster and a locally manufactured turbojet engine that can easily sink frigates with it’s 250kg warhead. It has a range in excess of 250km. It can hit all surface platforms with precision. It can be fired from land or sea platforms.

It's true that the TB2s are six a set but given the size difference I would think that TB3 is four and Akinci three a set.

Per Infodefensa, a delegation from Colombian Air Force recently visited Baykar to learn about TB3. Colombia deals with narco guerillas for decades and they already operate some number of Hermes 450 and 900. To my knowledge however those drones are not armed and they want to have the option open. Their falling out with Israel last year probably also stopped any modernization work. More interestingly, Colombia is already a partner with Airbus and placed a 300 million dollar order last year to buy 16 SIRTAPs beginning from 2027. That's the same drone that Spanish recently put on the Juan Carlos LHD.

This would be a big step for Turkey to enter the South American market TB2 drones + munitions would be the ideal system against drug cartels and organized crime in South America. These people have at most automatic weapons and bazookas, grenades and various explosives. I doubt that they have broad-based, state-of-the-art MANPADS like sponsored terrorist organizations, even though money can buy anything these days.

Morocco is expanding its defense cooperation with Turkey in order to modernize its army. During the Moroccan delegation’s meetings with ASELSAN, the establishment of joint research centers and the production of some critical defense systems in Morocco were also on the agenda.

The cooperation is planned to focus on electronic systems, smart solutions, and unmanned aerial platforms.

It was also reported that the two sides held talks on the purchase of a new combat management system aimed at increasing the Moroccan kingdom's maritime defense capabilities.

Fine for Hürkuş and T129, but I don't know how I feel about UAE joining Kaan or building a different UAV for Emirati needs where they would have full control over the platform.
