Quantitatively European military is ‘inadequate‘ at best.
They will eventually will go for ready products. Turkish military output is NATO standard. So, in the end they will have to but I was was just trying to point out that historically French are known for their pure European ideal. They are stubborn, in particular, when it comes to defense projects.

Apparently, the Russian radars have been rotating their frequencies continuously to overcome f16’s jamming capabilities. US had been sending continuous updates to the Ukranian F16 radars to defeat the Russian frequency rotations. Now the French Mirages are flying with f16s to overcome this deficiency.
In a way this proves the point of how important it is to have your own defence equipment. Alternatively to buy from a source that you know will not leave you in a lurch when it becomes a life and death situation.

SAMP/T frustrated! "Get a Turkish missile" offer

Despite Turkey's persistent demands, the Franco-Italian co-production SAMP/T, whose sale was not approved, failed to meet the Russian missiles. “It has serious operational problems, its reliability is being debated,” the Wall Street Journal wrote. Federico Borsari, Permanent Researcher at the European Policy Analysis Centre, said, "While European countries aim to renew their air defences, they may see Turkey's long-range SIPER as an alternative to SAMP/T or Patriot."

When the air Defence system of Italy and France failed in Ukraine, the eyes were turned to the Turkish missile SİPER. European experts showed SİPER as an alternative instead of SAMP/T.

Despite Turkey's persistent demands, the French-Italian co-made SAMP/T air Defence systems, whose sale was not approved, were devacuated in Ukraine. The American Wall Street Journal newspaper wrote that the systems deployed in Ukraine after the start of the war faced 'serious operational problems'. Writing that the SAMP/T failed to block Russia's advanced ballistic missiles, the newspaper commented, "The low performance of the SAMP/T created doubts about its reliability in high-intensity combat."

According to the news of Akşam Newspaper, Federico Borsari, Permanent Researcher of the European Policy Analysis Centre and NATO2030 scholarship holder who previously said, "Turkish Defence companies are leading a silent revolution," advised European states: "While European countries aim to renew their air defences, Turkey's long-range TRENCH system may be of interest as a more economical alternative to expensive Western systems such as Eurosam SAMP/T or Patriot."

Why wouldnt the buy a remote turret in this day and age.

Money? Nowadays, it's common knowledge that a big cost associated with a modern APC comes from the cost of the turret. Apparently good turrets ( 30 mm,missile launchers) cost between 2-2.5million, probably cheaper lesser caliber,without missile launching capabilities.
The Estonians paid around 1.2-1.3 millions/piece for their Otokar Arma,Turkish products may be cheaper than their European counterparts,but,not that cheap.....hence,no capable turrets....it comes down to the customer, I guess.With a decent turret which Otokar would have probably added on request, the price would have probably doubled.

Is it ? B2's first test has been made in 2023. It's already been 2 years and it will be delivered this year. We know they were working on ABM capability since B1. I wouldn't put my bet on "years away". It could be ready until we deliver launchers to possible customers. Who makes deals for untested (B3) systems ? That's an all other problem to talk about. Maybe when we make 1-2 tests on the capability.
