STM General Manager Özgür Güleryüz announced the company's new goals at TEKNOFEST. Güleryüz noted that more than 30 warships are currently being produced in Türkiye, with the average value of a single ship being $300 million. He emphasized that Türkiye plans to export these ships for twice that amount, approximately $600 million.

This part is what he said, the rest is interpretation. It is also in the link from cnnturk.

According to the information he provided, an average warship is valued at around 300 million dollars. Currently, more than 30 warships are being built in Turkey. According to our calculations, this represents a total value of 9 billion dollars. Güleryüz said that the company achieved a turnover of 550 million dollars in 2024, with 65-70% of that coming from export revenues, and added: “We aim to double that amount in warship exports.”

Export prices are always higher, twice the local price is probably very cheap and it could probably sell for more. A price that is more attractive than a competing product's price is a good price also comparing quality of products.
True but also depends on who you are selling to and if you're still the best option in terms of price/quality. If you are selling to saudi arabia you can make more money than selling to pakistan or indonesia but still have to outbid the italians and french and koreans unless its also got political interest than thats also a driving factor. but overall we undercut most nations even the south koreans but they are just way faster

There's no frigate to be had for 300 million. There are only a handful frigates to be had for 600 million. An equivalent, bit larger European design will go for 800.

STM is very competitive, their prices and deals they offer reflect that. Filipino Malvars are overgrown OPVs with CODAD and without any actual armament. They carry export spec sensors, and are not actual "warships" in the true sense of the word re survivability. If one wants a ship like that, Hisar Class already exists. For a frigate, Istif is probably the cheapest you can find.

I know but if you need arms fast than Korea is the place to go they build a destroyer in under 2 years but they are more expensive than us
