I'd like to see something official. Many Czech firms, first of which CSG did undertake many contracts as subcontractors, even as main contractors for Roketsan. It's possible that this was a reexport or something like that.

I assume you mean why and not when and its because we still have some stock and sungur is starting to replace older systemsWhen did we sell igla and not sungur?
Military sales are to Czechia probably gets funneled to Ukraine who already uses and is familiar with Igla. And we get to replace our old stocks SungurWhen did we sell igla and not sungur?
We never had Igla in service. 65 of anything is also probably higher than what we ever captured from PKK.
