1 GB service is given over dedicated lines I guess. That is, unshared line end to end from the central office to the subscriber. The fact that the city governors charge too much as the landlord of the real estate of the backbone infrastructure prevents service providers from laying more lines and increasing capacity. At some point central government will have to interfere.

He was assigned by Erdogan, after the former central bank manager had "slightly" criticized Economic policies. A week ago he stated that "Turkish lira is remarkably low", and pointed out it is not something good. Strangely in a week his affiliation to FETO was revealed and he is fired quickly, strange.
He wasn't removed because of policies made, since we all know he was instructed "what to be done" by people who has assigned him, he was removed because of that sentence. We know who has to be removed for a real solution, yet he is "son of law".
Credibility and independence of central bank has been long gone.

Note: He was removed by pointing out KHK 375 -35 which describes affiliation to separatist organizations and contact with them at least for 3 years. In short, they now claim a person assigned by them is a FETO member and thus, he is fired. People has told years ago, this particular laws will be used adversely in future, not only against true FETO members but against anyone who is not liked.
Also, CK 3 -2 enables Erdogan (President) to directly assign and remove anyone at will without any reason, explanation, not questionable by any of the Authorities.
They has started to abuse law and power openly, and it is too obvious now. Hold on for a long maneuver which will cost of %10 of our money next week.
