Erdogan states that the forest fires are in responsibility of the municipalities.

What is more sad? That he doesn't know the 169th matter of the constitution?
Or none of his 60+ advisors doesn't even have a glimpse of the constitution?

Article 169 states:
the forests are under supervision and responsibility of the state and only, the state is the only authority to re-forest, prevent fires and such.

However, chief of state claims the otherwise and denies the responsibility on the disaster

Kindly compare the ratio of burnt areas to total forest areas.
Moreover also include which portion of those burnt lands are opened for tourism construction and such in respective countries.

Being against the science for sake of supporting Erdogan?
The next step for these people in twitter would be being against the religion in favor of Erdogan.

If you are further interested just watch how some countries counter the fires rapidly with the aircrafts.
Not at all, just presented another discourse and possible solution, it is up to the turkish state and communities which tools they will use for this specific matter. If there is prevailed agreement that aircrafts are best solutions considered all aspects in terms of efficiency, maintainance costs, time management, human resources, so be it. I see no harm in consideration of other possible options.

Together with our infantry and commando forces also our Navy is participating actively in the firefighting initiatives.

From the landing ships of our Navy; Ç-151, Ç-155 and TCG KAŞ (patrol boat) are in Ören/Gökova Bay

Ç-153 and Ç-154 are in Delikliyol/Hisarönü Gulf

Ç-147 is Turunc/Marmaris

They intervene in fires from the sea in areas without road access.

As the forest fire in Muğla's Milas district approaches the thermal power plant in the region, our citizens gathered at the pier are evacuated to safe areas with the landing ships of our Naval Forces Command.

Additionally our Air Forces Command is also active. One of our citizens, who was trapped in the fire in the Feslegen Plateau of Milas, was rescued by the helicopter and personnel of the 125th Training Fleet Command of our Air Force. The first aid to our citizen, who was affected by the smoke, was provided in a helicopter. Our aerial reconnaissance activity continues to determine if there are any other citizens stranded in the region.

The Gendarmerie General Command is also participating with personnel, helicopters and water cannons.

4 eco-terrorists were arrested after they threw molotofs in Mugla/Milas Ekindere area. They tried to run in the direction of Izmir but were arrested on the entrance of the city. The eco-terrorists were saved by the police by angry citizens who wanted to lynch them. 3 were sent to jail while 1 is released under conditions.

Fire had spread to the coal-based power plant. Hydrogen tanks are presumably emptied by the risk, the explosives and highly flammable material has taken out from the power plant into safe areas. The area is abandoned by all firefighters, ambulances since the alarm has been given and power plant personnel is evacuated.

The plant currently has 40000 tonnes of coal in stock (estimated), stored in base floor reportedly, if caught fire it is expected to cause a weeks long fire with poisonous fumes are going to spread across the Aegean area.

Looks like their resources and methods have failed, because they have not maintained a core fleet to intervene the fires moreover has not prepared any master plan for the crisis management. They have failed by all means, meteorology has indicated the weather is perfect for fires to start and spread yet no measures were taken, the fires were not intervened rapidly and they have grown and damaged people.
There are lots to say. But fits better in political thread

Our Bayraktar TB2 UAVs, used by the General Directorate of Forestry, flew for 1413 hours from June 1 to August 4 and detected 103 fires at the first moment.

Our TB2 UAVs belonging to the General Directorate of Security and the TAF flew 422 hours from 29 July to 4 August.

Our UAVs will continue their critical duties in the fight against forest fires that burn us inside.

With our gratitude to all our heroes who shed their sweat in this struggle...

i would not say that without deep analysys, weather is not the only factor and in above tweet says that only couple of fires are out of control, were there some neglecting, probably yes but there are obvious efforts that contain fires under control. sheer magnitude of such natural disasters could be underestimated.
for me personally it is disgusting to use such as source for political beefs while fires are still going on, after fires are contained blame and point fingers on anyone responsible all day long.

Trustee appointed by President briefly has told;
Anybody can finance THK for bringing the planes into an operational state, the required amount is $4 million.
An aid campaign may be launched for financing THK to get these airplanes operational.

The rest of the article is about how succesfull he has been in management of the debts overtaken by the appointed trustee, he further did not mention that he has been on a spree to sale assets of THK. Moreover he has blamed the earlier management which is selected by institution's own management board for the debt they have created.

He again noted they have been in talks with TAI to bring the airplanes into operation, and stated they are open for all kind of aid. He also stated the pilots are expelled with a mutual agreement to return mission once needed or once planes became operational.

There are ex-air force technicians and also ex pilots that are ready to help with whatever they can. There are even formed teams waiting to be tasked. I hope the financial problem is resolved as fast as possible and THK planes to be maintained and turn operational. I personally think that it will not happen before the fires are taken under control but for the future this is a must. The Government and also the Nation should make everything possible to help THK and turn it back into its old glory.

Evacuation works continued throughout the night due to the fire in the Ören region of Milas, and our citizens at the thermal power plant were safely evacuated from the area with the landing ships of our Navy. Evacuation works were completed without any problems.

Our 39th Mechanized Infantry Brigade Command personnel, assigned to respond to the fire in the Dörtyol district of Hatay, continues its cooling efforts in the region.

Mehmetçik, who is tasked within our units in Datça, continues to work on fire extinguishing and cooling in the Marmaris region. In addition, health, clothing and food supplies are provided in the region.

The spouses of our personnel working in the health system also prepared emergency medical supplies and delivered them to the relevant institutions of our state to be delivered to those in need.

The Turkish Armed Forces continues to support extinguishing and cooling efforts in areas where the fire continues.

In line with AFAD's request, dozers and construction machinery to serve in firefighting was transferred from Manisa to Muğla with military tow trucks belonging to our Land, Naval and Air Forces.

How the hell is Siberia on fire, that place is cold enough that you'll get frostbite 3 seconds after going outside.

And what is even happening in Africa?

You and your family doing OK, Vag? I notice that both your homes are on fire.

When it comes to natural disasters Turkey and Greece always work together.

Honestly as much as I rant about Greeks. I found the earthquake diplomacy a great thing. Good to see how both sides are willing to put away their differences to help each other during natural disasters.

South Italy is burning, I live in the North. Right now I am in Greece, near Athens, where a huge wildlife is approaching but I hope it will be under control by the end of the day. Southern mainland Greece is burning the last few days.
