Why would he lie about something like that? We are talking about a company that was founded in 1975 and entered the aesa business in 2003 with the Kalkan aesa radar. Kalkan 2, Çafrad, Eirs, STP, Cenk-S, Hazar, Aura, Murad etc. It is a company that has produced ongoing aesa radars.
kalkan is not AESA. both block one and two.

i've noticed that most of them are copies of the US minitions , MMB like the SDB , Akbaba like the AGM-88 HARM , LGK like the Paveway
They are not copies, they are equivalents. This is because the requirements are almost the same all over the world. In addition, the design of similar ammunition is close to each other all over the world.

That is the way it should be, there is no need to reinvent Morocco :p

Actually there is very good chance Aselsans MURAD is better than APG 83.
APG 83 is GAs based while on the other hand MURAD is GaN based.
And also APG 83 got cooling limitation but MURAD doesnt.

APG 83 has 300/400km range?! Did you took that number from wiki?
here is an realistic estimation of APG 83s range against 1m RCS target.

40 n.m ????? a bit weak for a radar used on 5th gen fighter and B-1B Lancers , it has a ground mapping range of 10-160 NM , how could it possibly be 40 NM in air to air search ??????

an equivalent is a weapon that has the same specs as the other one , not the same shape and fins placements

They are designed and produced to be formfit to their American counterparts. Because of the platforms on which they were used were American made fighter aircraft such as the F-16 and F4. It will be used on these platforms until the aircraft is operational. Does it make sense? Also the Akbaba will be ramjet how can it be a copy of agm88...

I'm not an expert in turkish weapon systems , so as you said , these systems look the same as american ones for easy integration on F-16s , roger that

As mentioned, they are not copies. But alternatives.
Turkey uses US built platforms like ships and planes and avionics that are geared for using US weapons.
Best way to integrate a Turkish Gokdogan to an f16, is to build it like an amraam aim120 and let the plane recognise it as an aim120.
HKG bombs are like JDAM, KGK bombs like JSOW, Atmaca like a Harpoon.
Do you know how much it costs for having one of your own weapons to be integrated in to a US built plane by the original manufacturer? Millions of dollars. And those weapons are sent to US with the platform and are configured there. Hence all software etc become open book to all.
Akbaba is going to be an anti radiation missile like Agm88-HARM in it’s use. But not how it is propelled. It will have a Ramjet engine.
Also remember that Turkey is a member of NATO and all it’s weapons and ammunitions will have to be interoperable with NATO equipment.

yes brother , i understood that turkey made equivalents of US systems to easily integrate them on their air platforms like the Akinci or the F-16

AN/APG-83 is not used by 5th gen fighters.

Also keep in mind that SABR only uses around 5kW of power while MURAD is specified at 30kW

Difference is present and easy to see, GaN modules and separate cooling makes wonders (+algorithms and computers)
