Well it was Iraqi government that raised this with ICC. Now the flow of oil is just one cog piece of the general back and forth. I don't think gov is happy with just some payment, they'll push on PKK being recognized as a terror org.

Yes,just see ChinaWe also need economic might and more importantly, leverage. Only focusing on military might is suicidal. That is the way of North Korea.
Only realistic way forward is beig indispensible and we have to be indispensible in every way possible. Geography does half the job, but other half is still very hard.
Realistic targets;
If we achieve that, our 'relatively small' infractions will only get tantrums and not real response.
- Second best military
- Being an absolutely integral part of global economy
- Autarky when it comes to things that matter (MIC, energy, food, fuel, aerospace/software/heavy industry)
- Large influence network with a multitude of developing countries
- Better soft power vis-a-vis said developing countries
- Organized diaspora

Demographically impossible. They should push for Turkmen autonomy. An autonomous zone between Syria and the KRG.
ICC ruling is concluded. There was nothing we could do for KRG during that. Turkey can freely allow the flow of the oil, we choose not to for whatever the reason. Puck ends with us now. Iraq has been pushing for us to continue the flow after ICC ruling but didn't happen. What is surprising is that during Fidan's visit this was touched upon for sure but it wasn't brought upon during the presser or any public record by any party. Either it's a work in the progress and we want more or it's at a standstill. It occurred as a result of Iran wanting to gain ground in Iraq and our refusal to support the autonomous government against this.
I don't even know what the thought process was, but when the Barzani oil was flowing we made a lot of money from the fees.
Now we make no money and risk losing a pipeline when Iraq looks for alternatives to export that oil. Not to mention the number of refugees coming if north of Iraq collapses economically. A huge win for Iran and the PKK.
The pressure on Europe also helps Russia, the rising oil prices will also affect us a lot because of how much we import oil.

For options, Syria is a non starter and Basra is already filled to the brim.

'nuff said!
Iraq is even more cumbersome than Syria on the ground. Let's watch for a few days first. KDP buffer is fine and dandy but either we pull the non Iranian aligned Shias to us as well(or to be more neutral) or keep doing this back and forth for another decade.Wonder if this is an outcome of Fidan's meetings in Iraq.
If it was, it seems Turkey wants KDP to buffer against Iranian-backed militias and influence.
Iraqi prime minister is handing over the Kirkuk Joint Operations Command center which was former KDP headquarters back to KDP.
Iraqi Basij is an Iranian-controlled paramilitary.
"Naval Air Commander Rear Admiral Mehmet Savaş Eser, Air Training Command Brigadier General Hüseyin Sabri Akyol and officers in the technical committees attended the inspection tour."The US is conducting jointed exercises with YPG in Syria and Selcuck is thanking them for inviting him to the US aircraft carrier that is now in Antalya, government says nothing. Because it is not elections
Actually French never defeat Turkey alone.1800s the superpower were Russia Empire and British Empire. That s the Russian and British invaded Ottomans. They seriously believe this is another Independance war bs.
Where countries come together to bail out the other nation.
Republic of Turkiye is no Ottoman Empire of the 1800s. Then again they just proved our point how the Ottomans in the 1800s by the way in a really crappy state was beating the Greek Independance war until the West had to bail them out.
We live in different times plus with new technology.
I doubt they will able to wipe out our army or our navy like the last time.
If they need a coalition thats even more embarassing. Turks are weak they cant fight blah blah but at the same time they gather like Hyenas when it comes to fighting Turks lmaoo

Paris occupated 3times by enemy in 1800s,if French not a traditional western christian power, they would have to became a colony in 1800s
Stolen many Egyptian cultural relics successfully.Napoleon actually got hispushed in at Egypt. and then he lost the Siege of Acre and had to run away.
During all those he was sending news to the French mainland about how he was kicking arse in the Middle East.
