Greek military hardware is swimming. Due to no maintenance, a lot of Greek choppers couldn't relocate to a safe spot to run away from the floods.
Buying hardware is one thing keeping them in shape is another. Greek armed forces have low readiness. Only a few units has real offensive operations capability.
Hueys, Super Pumas, and Apaches became the victims of the flood.

Pretty much salvageable. Water level is below the fuselage for most cases in the photos.

Damages can be repaired but some equipment will need factory-level maintenance which Greeks lack and other equipment will need depot-level maintenance.

I really liked his reply of: "If you tie F-16a to Sweden, and say you have a Congress to consider, I have my own Congress, which is Turkish Parliament. I cannot alone ratify it. Sweden has to take some steps"
