I feel more connection to Spain/Italy/and some Northern Europe region than say Saudi Arabia that see us Turks as their slaves.

Europeans see Turks subhumans by the way which is way worse than the way Saudi Arabians percieve us. Saudis are racist towards anybody even to other Arabs.

But Europeans took it even further with racism by justifying it with science and taking peoples skulls putting them in museums.

Either way Turkiye's foreign policy should be pragmatic we should not be in either bloc.

EU literally tells Turkiye if they want to join the EU they goyta give up on Cyprus. Not to mention they got Cyprus in the EU as a middle finger to Turkiye.

Firstly I don't trust the Europeans or Americans. They've backed terrorists and subversive religious organizations in Türkiye for decades.

With that said, the west as a whole is in decline. The good times are over, and whilst quality of life in the west will be superior to most of the world for decades to come, they've reached the limits of their power.

For years NGOs, bought out politicians and lobby groups have been accelerating the decline of the west. They've been pushing LGBT, mass immigration and a number of other malevolent agendas. Now the west is slowly transforming into what the Muslim world has been for the past 50 or so years. You'll see reactionary movements accross the west, and no this won't revive their power, if anything it'll sow the seeds of chaos.

Europe is weak, the US is incapable and hated by most of the world, meanwhile the youth in the west are as a whole sick of Israeli influence in their own countries. They're looking for new partners and Türkiye stands out as the best option. Does this mean we must accommodate them? No. But this "Decolonization Forum" is just stupid and bad PR. It's no different than the people in the US demanding that Türkiye return to the treaty of Sevres.

By the way, if you're saying "Cairo, Riyad, etc. are going to be new centers of technology and culture" I truly question your intelligence. The second oil money is gone a mass exodus will happen, why do you think Saudis and Qataris are snapping up property in Türkiye? Also this obsession with combining Turks, Arabs and Kurds as one is another agenda I'm not fond of, these people are as a whole a burden, they hate Turks, and Arabs in particular see us as "Mawali". I can see deepening cooperation with Syria and Iraq, but they'll back stab as as they've done before.

Türkiye should neither be striving to fit into the west, nor should it be choked by Arabic influence. We have our own unique culture, history and linguistic family, and ultimately we need to carve our own path instead of being foot soliders for Westerners or Arabs.


To some it up, we're low on the list of enemies of the West right now. Hell, Israel and Jewish influence is probably seen as big of a threat as China is. Why the hell are we causing a diversion when all we needed to do is sit back? The posts about this "Decolonization Forum" are going viral, very suspicious.

That decolonisation forum is so pathetic man. As if we are victims.

We are the grandsons of empires and conquerors. We dont need this victimhood mentality bullshit. We never got colonised our ancestors took the fight to Europe.

When you say Europeans you mean just Greeks right?
Arabs from Saudi to Syria hate all things Turkish because these people were/are servants to the west.
Europeans worry about Turks and at the same time don't want to die fighting Turks. so the next best thing is have good loyal servants like Arabs to hate Turks so they can be honourary white slaves.

Kurds, Arabs, Asians and more. All will do anything to be liked by the westerner. and that is mostly to use their men to fight Turks. Just like in WW1.

And we will never be accepted into EU as we Turks won't accept being cucks.

Living in Australia, I've never had an issue, if anything reverence and respect. I've seen jabs at Atatürk and even the Ottomans from Arabs living here, and the worst case I've had was a group of Armenians screaming once they found out I was a Turk.

I find Anglo origin Aussies are more concerned about Islam than anything, and when they see terror attacks, sexual assault and other crimes being mostly conducted by Muslims, their perception of them has gone downhill. This is made worse by immigrant crime, a disproportionate amount of crime here is done by Muslim Arab and African youths.

Most Aussies I meet love Turks, Turkish food, they all have at least one Turkish friend and they're quite curious about Türkiye as a whole. The same can't be said about the Arab community here, I'd say most people have a negative perception of them. One interesting thing I've noted is literally every Anglo Aussie I meet hates America and Israel now.

Living in Australia, I've never had an issue, if anything reverence and respect. I've seen jabs at Atatürk and even the Ottomans from Arabs living here, and the worst case I've had was a group of Armenians screaming once they found out I was a Turk.

I find Anglo origin Aussies are more concerned about Islam than anything, and when they see terror attacks, sexual assault and other crimes being mostly conducted by Muslims, their perception of them has gone downhill. This is made worse by immigrant crime, a disproportionate amount of crime here is done by Muslim Arab and African youths.

Most Aussies I meet love Turks, Turkish food, they all have at least one Turkish friend and they're quite curious about Türkiye as a whole. The same can't be said about the Arab community here, I'd say most people have a negative perception of them. One interesting thing I've noted is literally every Anglo Aussie I meet hates America and Israel now.

I know right us Muslim Turks get blamed because of those fckwits from the Arab community and the African community.

I'll never forget my Sudanese teacher he said the Turks do a good job in being a community and building mosques. He said I cant say the same for the others he said they are a joke.

This approach combines the accelerated development of technological and military sovereignty with a clear commitment to Turkey's historical and religious identity. Turkey is deeply rooted in the Islamic world, and this heritage does not contradict progress; rather, it forms the foundation for a self-assurance that refuses to be dictated to by either the West or the East.
Historically, the Western narrative also requires correction. For centuries, the Ottoman Empire was a global center for astronomy, medicine, and the natural sciences. Fundamental elements of the European Renaissance were built upon the scientific achievements of the Ottoman and Islamic worlds, even if Western historiography later claimed sole authority over them. The decline of the empire was by no means the result of inherent backwardness, but rather the outcome of geopolitical power struggles, targeted divide-and-rule tactics by European powers, and internal corruption.
Today, the task of modern Turkey is certainly not to build a new empire. Instead, it is about bonding with Arab nations as partners through technology, knowledge, and culture, thereby assuming a natural leadership role based on willingness and shared interests. The next strategic step must be the creation of a new, transcontinental security architecture modeled after NATO. Such an alliance should replace ineffective structures like the Arab League and unite key players such as Pakistan, Indonesia, and Malaysia alongside the Turkic states.

That is what she is saying: it is about the power to define the narrative. That is why I don't understand your statement; after all, she explicitly does not say that the West should be rejected, but rather that there is room for multiple cultural centers.
