@AlphaMike for the given price tag, if it is final and all included, the fixed faced AESA is pretty hard to get. Also, any kind of involvement with AESA requires the navy to make a decision on whether they are settling C + L or X + S band combo (might also get S+L, but earlier options are more modern). in my opinion the alternative plans are:
Will be supplied by Babcock; weapons and to be supplied via packages, starting with bare configuration and then followed by electronics and weapons packages.
Or, by Indonesian side (PT.PAL); via direct procurements and separately from Babcock, and installed on the frigate.
