That isn't a big problem for me. I mean, When was the last time you heard Ship kill another ship with surface to surface missile?
I Never heard of it.

Fighter jets with AShM have much bigger chance.
Most modern SSM/AShM also adds limited land attack capability, having more of them give the ship more flexibility to not only hit enemy ship but also their land support infrastructure if needed.

^^ According to this tweet will Heroes Day (Hari Pahlawan) November 10th will be the moment for the first steel cutting of the Merah Putih frigate? The question is will it be 140 m or 143 m? Lets wait and see.

Anyway curious about this new 143 m brochure. Looks different from the first one from Philmarine.
Atleast from the blur, no vls behind the gun, and only 1 rhib for each side.

Egyptian Osa class sunk by Israel using Gabriel missile.
Syrian Komar class sunk by Israel using Gabriel missile.
Syrian T-43 class minesweeper sunk by Israel Gabriel missile.
INS Eilat sunk by Egyptian using Styx missile.
PNS Khaibar, PNS Muhafiz sunk by Indian using Styx missile.
Iranian FAC sunk by Iraq, using SS-N-2 missile.
Etc.
Moskva.. does it matter if launched from land or ship?
Okay, but almost all of it are FAC and land based which are able to avoid detection.

Big ship like AH140 are much more easier to be detected.

the only noticeable changes on the hull is the fin stabilizer, the rest are (slightly) similar, should i say Alhamdulillah to this because of several worrying weeks of PT. PAL Mutant design haunting me😅
They do good with Semarang Class, i think it's to much to be bet if PAL try to go full Mutant out of nowhere design rather than use original design.

Two 76 mm and 32 VLS ? I think thats enough. Although myself hoping for 48 or 64

Hmmm but that's already highly unlikely will be introduced to this project, then we'll assume (based on the model ((and if no Brahmos)) , SSM will still use conventional launcher, somewhere above the midship deck
SM6 in mk41 could be used as AShM

Other changes, there are only 2 boat bays, they removed 2 boat bays under the weapon system, it will increase capacity.
