Yes, dimension wise those boats are on the same class as our KCR 60s. But IMO, they have different functions. Considering Ukraine has smaller water teritory (the Black Sea only) than us, they seem going to utilize these boats as efficient platform to carry anti-ships and anti-air missiles (focusing on more space for CIC, weapon instalation, ammo storage)Nice to have 8 canisters SSM + SRSAM in 50 metres ship. Our KCR60 only has about 4 cans of SSM (and without any SAM), no?

Can Batamec do this too with their tooling?
At least Cina is member of 5 original "N" and they looking up to compete with US or another european countries for world domination
This is why Indonesia is against AUKUS SSN project.who will guarantee the gun on our back is point to the North not at ours to
This is the good news I want to hear a long time ago, I hope not only Batamec will have ability to construct the module, but other shipyard too, and one shipyard as place for integration module. I believe with this strategy we could speed up frigate or corvette construction. So other than PAL , Batamec also get some participation in Arrowhead 140 construction .
"Jakarta, September 23, 2021 --- The Indonesian Navy is strengthening the Main Weapon System Tool (Alutsista) by building a frigate type ship. PT. I won't use Australia as a comparison. Their acquisition price tends to be bloated due to customization and local production/supplier, just see their SPH acquisition program.Found an old Spiegel article about the German U216 offer to Australia. The price mentioned is $16 bil for 12 submarines. So about $1.33 bil per sub.
Not sure we can afford this.
The Germans probably offer us a brand new design that's not as big, nor as advanced as U216.
Heck, even the much shorter and lighter U218SG cost them $900 mil per sub.

"Hamburg - Chancellor Angela Merkel is fighting for one of the most extensive arms export deals in German history. It involves the sale of up to twelve class 216 submarines to Australia . This is what SPIEGEL reports in its new issue .
The deal could bring the German industry an order value of 14 billion euros and is considered "outstanding" in government circles, as the submarine industry would benefit for decades."
SPIEGEL exklusiv: Merkel will U-Boot-Deal mit Australien
Yeah, their ToT scheme, must be made in Austwon't use Australia as a comparison.
90 mil euros? that quite reasonable price tho for both MR and LR missiles
90 mil euros? that quite reasonable price tho for both MR and LR missiles
ah yes at first i thought it was "kemurahan harganya"that's bullshit, even the MICA missiles for fighter aircraft would cost you around 2,7 million us dollar per round
India approves Mica missile buy, but slips fighter decision
India's Cabinet Committee on Security has authorised a deal to equip the country's Dassault Mirage 2000 fighters with MBDA Mica air-to-air missiles, although the deal has yet to be officially signed.www.flightglobal.com
then according to SIPRI arm trades Indonesia in 2017 bought around 40 MICA missile for Martadinata class (which some would be used as spare and spent for training)

now we are talking about MR missiles and Long Range Missiles which would cost you arm and legs and we are talking about a much larger VLS configuration compared to Martadinata class
ah yes at first i thought it was "kemurahan harganya"
also, that price doesn't include with the vls systems right?
maybe he forgot to type another zeroyup, that's mean one thing
more or less this is Hoax
