I'm sure it can, the original layout of the 10514 PKR was with ASW mortar occupying the B position (where the Millenium gun currently) with Phalanx located towards aft, on top of the hangar.

The Marines are increasingly equipped with western comms system even though their main hardware is still Eastern sourced.

Western helmet does in general looks better than their Eastern counterparts, this applies from tank helmets to fighter jet helmets.

IMHO its obvious that AH guy reffering to Type 31 Babcook.

aren't babcock spec using thales NS110 radar , he said this one would use leonardo radar , could also somehow foreshadowing the next frigate procurement which previously mentioned by the japanese media as their contender in indonesia frigate bid .

The mast wouldn't look like Danish IH since the beginning, indonesia didn't opt for Smart-L + Apart duo and looking for a single radar solution to serve purpose of the both moderately. Thus i think initially Hensoldt+Terma was considered.
Leonardo is an interesting choice, it would be better if they are equipped with Kronos dual band radar but price-wise it doesn't seem possible unless the budget is topped up. And leonardo wouldnt dramatically cut prices only for 2 sets of the systems.

Actually i won't be sure until contract signed and first payment is delivered. I don't think that first payment for IH is done either, correct me if i am wrong.

In my opinion a single or multiple but persistent/permanent vendors should be chosen as solution partners to supply all needs. Will provide a greater ToT over time, local production and commonality.
With this, chosing a new solution partner at each project, breaking deals made in past and skipping for another will not help for future but save the day.

Since Odense shipyard is out of bussiness and the design now owned by babcock it isnt impossible if we would customized as we need.
Then japan offer is very delicious wich also offer single masted vessel with their 30FFM.

Leonarno also provide vast option for radar. But if it's a naval radal especially for mast, the state of art radar released by leonardo sjould be the one that called "Kronos".
As an AESA radar it serve as PAAMS for Carlo Bergamini Class.

Perhaps TNI option for single masted vessel also bring some benefit with reduced space.

Hope it means we will buy some FREMMs. We still have plenty of room for FREMM and 30FFM to meet the MEF 2024.

Odense doesn't have a shipyard anymore, they would have had to find a shipyard to build the ships for them.

I just did a little bit digging to the old forum posts. If the Italians did offer us something it's probably one of these three :

- FREMM
- Thaon di Revel (PPA) class
- Doha class corvette
