that's why for heavy combatant at least we need;
- 3 dedicated aaw destroyer (orizonte class) with radar configuration of apar block 2 + smart l mk2 with 64 cells for aster 30 block 1nt
- 20 frigates; 4 iver aaw + 8 fremm GP + 8 fremm ASW
- 7 martadinata class with current configuration.

estimation: ~$25 billion

with $79 billion credit card, it is possible. i would put $35 billion for the navy, $25 billion for the air force, $10 billion for the army, $5 billion for mabes tni (satelite, c4sir) and $4 billion for local defense industry.

It is the other way around, Air Force should be more larger than Navy but not much or maybe should be close enough.

Nowadays fighter is very expensive and to Made it economically feasible to Made it in Indonesia we need more money

I thought NSM is cheaper than Exocet, no?

Depending on the block . Since we allready using the older version and familiar with it . in the overall range NSM were considered as pricier . Not to mention the size of munition/war head differences . It's not an apple to apple comparison .

The biggest chunk is for the airforce ($30-ish bio), next is Navy ($25-ish bio) and Army got the smallest ($15-ish bio)

From brownwater coastal Navies suddenly emerged as Big Greenwater Navy bordering to the blue ones (minus Air arm based on flat top platform and land strike Submarine platform)
hey now, even in the current state TNI-AL is already Green Water Navy, albeit maybe 2nd rated Green Water Navy.

And if we use Todd & Lindberg classification system (c.2019) by the time those Iver Huitfeld class, Bergamini class, and maybe the (Mogami class perhabs?) along with those subs (Scorpene 2000 or Type-214) then TNI-AL will become 4th rated Blue Water Navy

My only worry with all these new modern platform is material readiness & logistic. Particularly the availability of fuel, spare parts, and naval ordinance (missiles & heavy torpedo)

Nah guys, i rather pay for my land and vehicle tax. Unfortunately i also got tax cut in my sallary.

Maestrale class is merely a stop gap solution. So it doesn't count
Perhaps you should revised your arguments, learning from curret secondhand Vessel in Navy inventory how come 40 + years of commision called interim, furthermore this Maestralle also got some enhancement (perhaps will be better than PKR, muehehe) so, they will serving ID Navy for around 20 yrs.

i mean, what interim did you mean ?, we're already in dire need for both quantity and quality of warmachines (according to some experts).
Also if this interim stuff got upgrade, they still can bite & ressist tho 😁
