also is it better to replace 18 Inch SS2-V1 in favor of 16 inch SS2-V2? i know 5.56 perform better with longer barrel but how much performance lost if we use 16 inch barrel compared to 18 inch?

Turret of kaplan mt is actually made by cockreil, i don't even understand how it could be made by pindad. Except if they are planning to assemble a new turret copied from cockreil.

Probably the tank in 2024 won't be linked to kaplan mt anymore. Pindad will use whatever they have gained from that project to move on.

Serial production supposed to start in Turkey (initially by 40, then reduced to 10) and train pindad personnel to complete ToT scheme and shift serial production to pindad (+8 would be produced by asisstance and then pindad could be entirely independent). pindad still doesn't know everything regarding to Kaplan MT. Some personnel were trained during design and some other during assembly of the two prototypes.

there's actually an pdf article about reverse engineering program of the cockerill CT-CV 105 turret , the work is not done by pt pindad though , but that was back then when im still at pakistan defense , i might try to dig into my pdf folder and see if i can find it .

With so many Anoa in Pindad factory (and the production seem unending), I think we ordered Anoa every year (or every 2 year or so but with much quantity).
