With so many Anoa in Pindad factory (and the production seem unending), I think we ordered Anoa every year (or every 2 year or so but with much quantity).

Komodo also seems to be ordered continuously, for Anoa they should immediately switch to Anoa 3.

there's actually an pdf article about reverse engineering program of the cockerill CT-CV 105 turret , the work is not done by pt pindad though , but that was back then when im still at pakistan defense , i might try to dig into my pdf folder and see if i can find it .

Cockreil (cmi) is also partner of pindad in some other project(s), reverse engineering won't end up good in terms of prestige.

I doubted they will get produced though, adding more entry to Indonesia's 1001 prototypes. We have OS Wifanusa from 2014-2015 and it doesn't seem to be procured.

There are 2 versions: OS-Wifanusa SL-D70 (wingspan 4.2 meter) and OS-Wifanusa SL-D28 (wingspan 6.4 meter).
Endurance: 6-8 hours and 8-10 hours
Speed: 100 km/h
Range : About 600 km
Altitude: 5000 m / 16400 ft
OS Wifanusa is already certified by Indonesian Military Airworthiness Authority (IMAA). The Puspenerbal prototype has not been certified (it is still in the early phase of prototype).

I think the reason it has not ordered is because the inventor, Yulian Paonganan has anti Jokowi attitude. He ultimately got arrested when he critisized pornographic scandal between the president and NM. When he got arrested, the police suspected he was an islamist (because the ones critisize or against Jokowi are usually muslims) and searched islamic attributes in his house. Of course this was in vain, as Yulian is a Christian.

Yeah that one. Basically Yulian Paonganan "ngehina" / "ngekritik" the president about that scene (different POV, same result though).

As i said before ... Indonesian with all of their " dramas " . You're severly underestimating on how much bootlicking mentality were spread in our security psyche . I'll bet even jokowi himself doesn't know and care about some yulian character at all and yet some baastard were thingking for arresting some poor sod would get him a fast track on the rank . That dude simply get in the wrong places and situation at the wrong time . Such a wasted potential yet it were happened daily in our plebian lifes.

And how will it's will get procured by anyone, when the product itself doesn't even have market niche or refuse to even accommodate potential customers requirement Which is why as a user of industrial grade drone, I sternly avoid doing any business with OEM

from what i read, i think the deal with scytalys is about the general system design while this deal Rohde and Schwarz and len is about producing communication equipment that were going to be use in those system.

I'm sure our government is jealous of UAE's EDGE. My bet, DEFEND ID (or whatever is the name) will get majority of its capital from INA (Indonesian SWF).
