N219 & Elang Hitam MALE UAV promotional video by LAPAN RI for Hannover Messe 2021.

At 3:25 they put Elang Hitam as the same class of MQ-9 Reaper, that should not be the case. Reaper is heavier, has more powerful engine, and more hardpoint. Other UAVs of the same class are these:

Gotta update Anka's Payload to 350 kg, endurance to 36+, i really wonder how the operation radius was calculated though but i am sure Anka has wider in ISR mode. These specs are avaliable for PD-155 variant without upgraded wings.

The video editing imo was superb, it's just the script that's dodgy lol
IF they know how to create great content than they would be working in private sector instead.

Common calon mertua like that kind of jobs btw wkwk, not talking about Riady's (Lippo) family, surely they are more cosmopolitan.

But we have to admit, countries like US, SK, Japan, or now even PRC that their private sectors are mainly the players, they have more technological prowess.

No joke, I want government to formulate and apply strategies with incentive or other way like minimum yearly procurement spend for private companies to make our private companies to grow. So, we can see a many companies competing, even outnumber and outcompete the SOE.

Increase more GDP, make more (good paying) jobs, out of necessity they have to be creative, innovative to win the competition. That's a win ++++.

Call me a capitalist or whatever, I don't care. Compare North and South Korea, the differences are peak.

No joke, I want government to formulate and apply strategies with incentive or other way like minimum yearly procurement spend for private companies to make our private companies to grow. So, we can see a many companies competing, even outnumber and outcompete the SOE.

Increase more GDP, make more (good paying) jobs, out of necessity they have to be creative, innovative to win the competition. That's a win ++++.

Increase your Defense budget, especially for procurement budget post first, then maintenance and logistic budget second.

Just like i said without market no one is willing to do work and business, and military products market in Indonesia is TNI, Police and Bakamla, and Indonesia already had regulation about Defense industry

To increase demand for private companies, we can just said "hey you all, listen, our spending have to be spend to you this certain percent (more than 50 percent is the best) of our budget. So, we can't buy more than that certain percent to spend on SOEs. WE ARE DEPEND ON YOU. ".

The main point is more demand right? We just increase more demand for private companies there, let them compete to for that sweet, delicious, defense spending pie.

they could add a small Marine Crane A-Frames for the RHIB Deployment and retrieval , just like the south africa SAS Tobie catamaran patrol vessels .

Luckily X18 is not a SAT /SOF boat yet, they can even make a dedicated bay between the hulls which the RHIB can be pulled up and dropped with a simple crane/rails and personnel may jump in easily, or at best pull up with an A frame or by human power.
If it becomes a SAT/SOF boat like Mark V, then it is a must RHIBs should be going on and off easily from the rear, front or side platforms, South African boat is really a bad example of how a SOF boat shouldn't be:

It is hard to make such a thing on Catamaran, they will either use some hydraulic platform to lower while RHIBs are being loaded and dropped or find some other innovative stuff to make SOF RHIBs to easily leave and get aboard. They also may need to manage waterjets and elongate the skirt above them. PT. Lundin can create an effective solution when it is asked.

Wait, i assumed it is a SAS/SOF boat, SAS is for their identification of the south african navy ships. No problem here, it is just an inshore patrol boat and anything is fine.

Let private companies feel you need them, and they then ten fold prices to maximize profits if they have bad intentions.
They should be supported only for R&D through some incentives from funds dedicated for R&D and localization, in return they should complete with SOE in the regular basis using their "private" leverage.

SOE should be enforced to use private subcontractors (at a percentage of total budget), diversify suppliers and create an ecosystem for the major projects they are receiving. They shouldn't be just awarded with a project on golden platter, but with some conditions.

Such as; an item is needed for army, the RfP should rather start with concept submission for companies, if some companies apply for R&D funding, and eligible for that (by presenting their CDR), they should receive a fund to create their proof of concepts, join the tender and if they are the winner they get whole fund for the purchase. Concortiums can also be established in this way and parts of the Item can be distributed among some companies who does their job best.

In this way,
1st: concept/item/IP rights will be owned by state, can be manufactured by any other company in case the original company going bankrupt, dissolved, going "crazy" and increasing prices.
2nd: companies will be motivated for R&D
3rd: Load work, risks and incomes will be shared among companies.

Can't do, either SoE or private companies must compete against each other to get their own respective share of business opportunity that's the plan.

So far MoD to also had bad experience when deals against private companies, including a very bad private companies who severely underperformed, some even breaching the contract, some do blatant bribing practice to push their bellow the specs products and so on.

That's why the producers have to understand the consumers and vice versa. More talking, more meeting, and other sweet things can bend the mountains, until you can't know more who's lobbying who. That's a friendly productive relations and negotiations, both parties understand each other. Unleash our art of pleasing people.

This is how US defense companies works right? The military open a tender for this certain stuffs, after that companies will bring a blueprints and asking for RnD budgets, and so on.

If you talking about rekanan, ya, they are chose by the based of kedekatan and usually very unhealthy, and mainly they are only third party btw, not the producers Itself.

They will bring you something blablabla, gifts and bribe have only minor differences. Trust me, if you can resist that, your integrity are to the roof.
