Sorry to say, but unlike the Jews we shouldn't be too worried. Yes, Islam is under great pressure, but it is guaranteed to survive. Its followers are growing not dwindling and there's no scenario where you could Holocaust the muslims.
Of the 9 major civilizations listed by Samuel B Huntington, 3 stand out on top, the West, Islam, and China because the world over the last millennia does revolve around these 3 civilizations. Sometimes Islam is on top, sometimes it is China, and now it's the West. And each of these had their own shit period, the Chinese, for example, had their century of humiliation before bouncing back again to the world stage in the 70s. The Muslims just happen to experience their turn, first gradually and then suddenly.
When it bounces back which it will, my bet is that for the destruction of Gaza (and the Aqsa Mosque), the Muslims will destroy 3000+ years of Jacob (Israel) bloodline and history in retaliation.
So yeah sound like a fair deal.
