I don't think so
Don't judge by the average keyboard warrior surfing through various forums... it's not a mirror of the Greek society! I can say the same thing about 90% of the Turks in here, but I am trying not to lump all the people together, just like some users are doing in here!

Libyan “slap” in Turkey: Turkish-Turkish memorandum does not apply

For the past two years, the “delimitation of maritime jurisdiction” and the “security and military cooperation” agreements signed by Turkey with the government of the Libyan National Accord and approved by the Turkish Grand National Assembly in December 2019, have not been came, discussed and ratified in Parliament of Libya( Libyan House of Representatives).
The so called “the Government of National Accord” was in fact, an unelected and expired entity which was never ratified by the Libyan House of Representatives, as the Libyan Political Agreement which created it in 2015 stipulated. Its mandate also expired two years ago, removing all legitimacy from the dysfunctional entity.

Unofficial news that Haftar likes the maritime agreement between Libya and Turkey, nothing official yet, it may be a tactic before the elections.

Some Libyan activists are talking about the possibility of establishing a Turkish naval base in eastern Libya.
