Renas Roj, a so-called commander of the YPG/PKK, was killed as a result of the MAM-L missile fired by UCAV belonging to MIT. The missile penetrated through the roof of the vehicle.

for info the area where he was killed (shown in a red circle) is protected by a Syrian pantsir with a range of 18 km deployed in qamisli air base but TB2 drones managed to enter into pantsir AD engagement range

and this pantsir is equipped with janus AESA radar which questions the system's performance

This week was surprisingly good. All assassinations were big shots. And we have trapped 20+ terrorists in two caves. We should send in the elite team.

Look how mad nato boy akar is, thats what u get for being a nato boy. Also want to remind everyone here that one of the primary reasons for the S-400 is the US support for the PKK, some of the newer members arent aware of this I think.

Turkey’s defense minister has criticized the United States for continuing its support to the YPG in northern Syria, recalling no success can be attained in the Middle East by ignoring Turkey’s role and place.

“We can resolve the S-400 and F-35 problems with the U.S. one way or another. But we cannot go anywhere without solving the YPG problem. They argue that the YPG is not a terrorist [organization]. They are messing with our heads,” Defense Minister Hulusi Akar told a group of journalists over the weekend.

The U.S. has long been lending political and military support to the YPG in the fight against ISIL despite Turkey’s strong criticisms. Turkey designated the YPG as the Syrian wing of the PKK, therefore as a terrorist organization.

Akar recalled that many American scholars, members of civil society and former military personnel stress that the YPG is a terrorist organization, but the U.S. administration still continues to deliver weapons and military equipment to it.

“This is so wrong. We are a regional power with a global impact. The U.S. coordination with Turkey in the Middle East can bring success, meaning cooperation with Turkey and not with the YPG,” he stated. The U.S. can’t achieve anything by ignoring Turkey, Akar said, asking, “Therefore, you should choose your ally in a better way. Who is your ally?”

Turkey and the U.S. are NATO partners, but they differ when it comes to fighting ISIL in Syria. Plus, the U.S. sanctioned Turkey for the acquisition of the S-400 air defense systems from Russia and ended its participation in the F-35 joint fighter program. Washington warns of more sanctions if Turkey attempts to buy the second batch of the air defense systems or any other weapon from Russia.

Easiest way to solve the US-Turkish issues is by simply ending the partnership, I think there is no room for improvement and it has become annoying at this point. The recent drone strikes are a good start now.

Again, NATO boy Akar has the right to be angry
I mean you criticise Turkey for buying S400s saying that they will bring instability to Europe while you are supporting the terrorist organisation of the YPG which wanna split Turkey in half. Again, another proof for the hypocricy of the West and the fact that the West never did even view Turkey as an equal that is why the AKP policy of plucking these assholes PKK from their roots in Syria and Iraq ia the right choice and giving the USA the middle finger

NOW lets talk about politics, the USA will never stop supporting the PKK. Why you ask? This is because of 4 reasons
1- the YPG/PKK controlled areas are filled with lovely black gold; i-e, oil
2- it is the perfect card to use against Turkey by causing internal discord for a long time. And this has been a long project in the making to prevent the rise of a new turkish superpower after the Ottomans along with greece and its islands as a sort of canoon fodder
3- it is a good place to sell some random weapons and earn some bucks along with a good breeding place for raising terrorists as there is no superivision in it
4- act as a deterrent against Russia to prevent it from completely entering the middle east

Come to think of it..... the Previous leaders of the West are really amazing..... They used Turkey as a canoon fodder against Russia to prevent its growth and they used Greece, PKK, and internal Political parties as canoon fodder against Turkey to prevent its growth
They really deserve a 100/100 for making such a scenario

Yes, but there is a general problem with Turkish nato boys and western centrists, they are becoming less and less which is a good thing.
1- the YPG/PKK controlled areas are filled with lovely black gold; i-e, oil
No, the oil reserves are relatively small and irrelevant, the refining capabilites of the PKK are also very limited.
2- it is the perfect card to use against Turkey by causing internal discord for a long time. And this has been a long project in the making to prevent the rise of a new turkish superpower after the Ottomans along with greece and its islands as a sort of canoon fodder
Yes, but its not like that we are giving them free room to do so- see recent drone strikes which will accelerate over time.
3- it is a good place to sell some random weapons and earn some bucks along with a good breeding place for raising terrorists as there is no superivision in it
No, there is little buck to make, most of the arms in the PKK are handouts by the americans and some certain western nations.
4- act as a deterrent against Russia to prevent it from completely entering the middle east
No, if the americans leave, which there is now an increasing possibility, the Russians will try to get the PKK under its own umbrella but they will also fail with that because we basically will have a longer arm once the americans leave. At the end its right now the americans stopping us from going after the PKK not the Russians but once they leave we will be more flexible also with regards to tel rifaat as well.

They will have to face the consequences for doing certain things they shouldnt have done, I already see the russians making their moves by the end of this decade on certain small states in eastern europe.

I agree.
Iam one of those who believe that Turkey must be something akin to China tbh. They shouldnt be too dependent on a small group of nations either in trade or in arms industry so that something like the Altay tank incident doesnt happen again tbh!. Luckily such things have begun to change. Turkey is becoming less dependent on Germany by developing its own tank engines and is diversifying trade relations with Asia and South America which is seen by the massive export figures coming out recently

Yes they are limited in terms of refinery; however, it is clear as day that the PKK sells a lot of oil to they Syrian dictator Assad! Which means they earn a lot of bucks particularly considering the fact that many western nations embargoed Assad so the PKK has a leverage in negotiations
Yes, but its not like that we are giving them free room to do so- see recent drone strikes which will accelerate over time.
Agree. This is why Iam pro the military actions in Syria and Iraq. In the last 5 years alone, they lost many high ranking officers and around 17000 members. In fact, according to recent reports, many kurds are getting scared from joining the PKK recently

I dont think the Americans will leave Syria as they will have more to lose than to gain by leaving; especially considering the political setback Biden faced from leaving Afghanistan

Agree. That is why I like Putin
Many call him a dictator, which is true. But he is a dictator that works for the benfit of his nation. The fact that he annexed a part of Ukraine is a proof to that
