I just read this . It claims to be abandoned base.

People need to stop pretending this is some shocking escalation. Israel does this because they know Türkiye won’t escalate. Erdogan, like every Islamist government, avoids direct confrontation with Israel. Even if a base was full of children, AKP would still avoid a real response. Same story with Iran. Everyone talks big, nobody acts.

The bigger problem is what I said earlier... our presence in Syria is still limited to certain zones. Until Türkiye has a full, nationwide footprint , military, political, or administrative... strikes like this will keep happening. Israel knows exactly where the red lines are, and they know these empty-base hits won’t trigger anything. It’s basically them testing patience because the map still treats Syria as a grey area.

And realistically, what can Türkiye do right now? We don’t even have KAAN in service yet, and Israel is backed by the US and Europe. A full takeover of Syria is the only scenario that would actually change the equation, but that’s a massive commitment.

So what’s left? Either Israel keeps doing whatever they want and we just absorb it, or we finally show that Syria isn’t a free-for-all. As much as I laugh at AKP’s cowardice, this whole situation is a bad look for Türkiye and for all Turks.

Translation:
The Israeli army carried out eight airstrikes on the Abu al-Duhur Air Base in northwestern Syria. The runway and depots at the base, which is being used as a training center for the new Syrian army, were targeted, with no casualties reported. The operation took place following tensions with Turkey and Syria's air exercise.

Are you going to talk about how Türkiye is patient, like you have been for the past decade?
Türkiye has been patient, waited for the right time to move. And when it moved, it won decisive victories in Karabagh, in Syria and in Libya.

It is still early to get into a direct confrontation with Israel. We should wait until the collapse of the Epstein Regime in the USA while establishing robust alliances and encircling Israel militarily&diplomatically.

Why would Turkey want a conflict with Israel? It makes no sense. Look at the countries that have conflicts with Israel: Iran, Lebanon, Syria, Palestine. They are bombed at will, and their economies are barely functioning.

You can’t be a successful country and be at war with Israel. They have too much inflience and power to allow that.

I think those days are over my friend, Erdoğan is too politically fragile and won't risk anything, don't mistake it for some strategic waiting game. We were waiting 7 years for a decisive end to YPG/PKK and now they're celebrating on the streets.

Karabakh was fought and won by Azerbaijani Turks. That's what happens when Turkish weapons and training is used effectively.

Direct confrontation? Dude Türkiye can't confront them for as long as PKK has so much of a presence inside Turkish territory. It's like if Israel allowed Hamas to walk in their streets.

There is zero strategy here. Just a rising defence industry and a big military that's inflexible for as long as it's ruled by the palace.

You are comparing Türkiye with weakling states, Türkiye owned the land for many centuries.
Their strength was once too much for Türkiye, but they are bleeding big time while Türkiye is building up.

So you agree or disagree Erdogan will do nothing ?

As long as Israel stay away from our lands(and Syria) there will not be any conflict.
Lets see how tough they are when we finally have our KAANs flying in the skies.
Saying this while ISLAMIC Republic of Iran is literally fighting against Israel.
Yeah, lets ignore the fact that Iran right now is not bombing Israel and just focusing on Kuwait, Bahrain or some other weak Islamic nation.:ROFLMAO:

Muslims just talk tough online, while living in Sweden.
Ask them to go fight Israel they become cowards.
No wonder why EU and West are desperate to support Erdogan and his Islamization of Anatolia.
